She was super sweet, EXTREMELY patient, honest and very helpful. There were absolutely no delays in speaking with her. Always got back to us in a timely manner. Any questions we had were answered without hesitation. We had plenty of hiccups along the way due to others and she was the one person in the whole process who kept us sane. She helped communicate through the attorneys and when everyone else was dragging, Stephanie made sure everything got done. She really made the process enjoyable. We have already recommended 4+ people to her for mortgages and plan to continue to spread her name.

I don't think I would ever be able to find the proper words to express how great of an experience I have had with Stephanie. We started the entire process with our regular bank and it was a waste of my time, always a struggle and then my realtor referred me to Stephanie and I have to tell that she just rescued me. Everything was just so perfect, everything gets done before time and I just never have to worry about anything. She made sure I understand every bit of information, and helped me with everything, starting from my credit, to the rate and so on. "She takes care of it before I even know about it". I don't know anyone that's willing to answer a call, a text or an email at any given time of the day or the night but Stephanie. Everything is just smooth with Steph. If anyone is buying house and you are not working with my "Banker", you need to contact me.
