The staff in the clarksburg wv office was very friendly and helpful my experience there was outstanding.

I am very disappointed in this particular branch, I transferred to this branch only because of moving here recently. The loan representative that originally was handling my account in this office was cordial and nice (Jennifer), but,she was treated very rudely by another loan officer there, in front of me and other customers, it was very unprofessional, and very awkward. I wish I knew the woman's name that spoke to her so snidely, I would put it on here. When I called to finish the loan, Jennifer was on medical leave and a Megan took over my account , she was not helpful at all, unfriendly, and I really felt like she didn't want my business, even tho I was approved. I would not recommend anyone using this branch. I don't plan to ever do business with that branch again.

My daughter was recently diagnosed with a rare bone disease, we were looking to buy a side by side for our daughter to be able to get out and about outside, Kayla and Onemain made this happen! Very quick process, Kayla even helped me with making the phone calls to get our insurance figured out! They definitely went above and beyond!

My husband and I needed a personal loan, and Dalton Jones was able to get us one. The process honestly wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. It does do a hard inquiry on your credit, so be advised. Our monthly payments aren't really that high, so that was nice to discover. The only drawbacks I can see are daily interest and a high interest rate.

If you are in the military do not try to get Loan from here. That do not how to read your LES and they will tell you have the loan. Then when you get there it takes them two hours. Before can make heads or tails out of it. Then let you that you do not have the loan. It’s joke how they treat the military there!!!!!

Kayla is absolutely amazing to work with! This is my second time and both were wonderful experiences.
