Audi at Clarksburg Lodgeville Rd, Bridgeport

Took three hours to replace a head light that cost $100.00 over retail. My fault, should have done it myself. Ask three times in parts dept. for a rock shield replacement number and never got it. Will be going to South Hills from now on.

I first saw my car on autotrader. My husband and I went to check it out at the dealership and met with India! She was sooo helpful. Any questions or concerns we had, she was able to help us out! I ended up buying my car that day and love it still!!!!

The total experience couldn't have been better. We went to Clarksburg Volkswagen to look at a Passat for my husband, but once I saw the white Jetta, I got the fever! We test drove it, loved it, bought it! They were very fair in the allowance for my trade-in. My husband loved the Passat, too, and we bought it as well. The entire staff treated us as friends. There was no pressure at all. I cannot recommend Clarksburg Volkswagen - and Tucker! - highly enough!!

I use them for service, the price us a little high but I know the work is getting done correctly on my VW.

I thought that the service was a great experience. From the front office to the mechanics and also the convenience of a ride back to my work site while my car was being serviced.

Really like this dealership. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They really make you feel welcome. My Q5 also enjoyed it's service and drives noticeably better.

Scheduled an appointment to get my Jetta inspected and an oil change. It's almost been two hours and I'm still at the service department. I've been the only one waiting in the customer lounge. This is much slower than my other experiences with these types of services with my Corolla at Dan Cava. There's also exposed electrical wiring near my chair in the customer lounge. Not a very safe place for kids. Numerous other details about this place that will never cause me to buy an Audi or a Volkswagen from this dealership. This will probably be my first and last time here for any type of service related to my Jetta.

Very pleased with VW/Audi of Clarksburg. The sale was made quickly and the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. We will continue to purchase our vehicles here in the future.

I have been a customer of yours since 2002 and after 15 years, yesterday was the last straw. I love Volkswagen but being told that finding my 4 digit radio pass code would require me bringing it in to hook up to a machine and would cost me $116.88 to do so, kinda set me over the edge. Your only "solution" was to give me other dealership numbers. For that, I do thank you. I called Freedom Volkswagen in Morgantown, WV and was treated wonderfully. Not only was their customer service top notch, I am now sitting here listening to my car radio and it cost me $0.00 After all of the scruitiny Volkswagen has been under lately, you'd think your dealership's customer service department would be a little more helpful. You've lost my business and I'll be telling anyone and everyone that will listen to me about this and praise Freedom Volkswagen to those same people!
