Liberty Tax Emily Dr, Clarksburg

I have been filling with liberty tax for the past 5 years and i will continue to file here. Highly recommend. They will give you the max to your returns better than the online do it yourself filling. I will recommend anyone to file here any day any year

Well here it is November 17 2021 and I have not yet received my tax return and I can't get anyone at liberty tax office in Clarksburg to answer or even return my call I'm not happy with them at all at this point in time

We told them that we wanted the $50 in cash but instead they took it off what we owed them to file our taxes. They was supposed to be getting our $750 advance loan by check and said they would call us when they had our check, instead they direct deposited our money into our bank and we wouldn't have even known about it but I called them and asked them if we got approved for it and they told me it was direct deposited into our bank account. This will be our last year dealing with liberty, we are still waiting on our taxes to be deposited into our bank and others has got their taxes before us and they had filed a week after we did! Very unhappy about the service we have received this year!

Just remember go to turbo tax I used liberty last year and they charged me 300 and this year I got more for free on turbo it's a scam
