Old National Bank N Sherman Ave, Madison

After driving around the county for an hour, I finally find a location open with 16 cars in the drive thru. Nobody answers their phones. They closed down all the convenient locations in the south part of Dane Co. They list locations open that aren't. I showed up at the East towne location only to find they moved across the street. Get over there and there are people working there..... but their not open... horrible, just horrible. Can't wait till Monday to switch banks!

Extremely difficult to actually talk to anyone at any of the local branches . Has only gotten worse since they closed several locations. Tried calling the corporate office and they advised they woul;d have someone call me back......crickets. Might as well be just an online bank, no one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. Not sure why they have physical locations.

Strict schedule keeps my account looking right. Associates always have a smile and actually know what they are doing. Never been lied to, and when I had unknown withdrawals for services they provided me with evidence. They even have a mobile app and other bank related services that can really benefit you!

Staff is EXCELLENT, but they have changed their checking accounts and I am well less than satisfied. They tried to play it off like it was something positive, but all it means is that I now have to keep a high minimum balance or pay a fee. I've been a customer since the 1980's so I found this treatment deplorable. I have two checking accounts there and now I have to constantly monitor the balances and then transfer money from savings. The frontline staff is the saving grace. It's also a GREAT location.

I'm giving this bank a 1 out of 5. They have horrible service, you will be on hold with them for about 20 minutes just for a simple question. Not to mention they are beyond rude and don't explain anything to you. They manually do direct deposits so you will not be payed when your company sends the transaction. You will need to wait until they have time to put in your money. I do not recommend this bank to anybody, and for anybody who has it, I suggest choosing another bank

Won't make change without an account. All banks used to do this. Take note of those that don't and do not use them at all. They do not deserve to be there.

they specialize in unemployed people that can bank when the rest of us working people cannot go to there bank.

Hours are wrong. They open at 9am not 8am. Wasted gas and time we shouldn't have had to.

Very nice people Very helpful They gave me extra attention when I needed it.

The only issue I really have at this point is the fact that it is very difficult to speak to someone over the phone I literally wait over 20 mins to speak to a person every time I call this is why I am giving them a 1 star
