The staff at Heritage Credit Union are great. They are very friendly and nice. My new account opening went very smooth. Their customer service is awesome.

I applied online for a loan for a truck on a Sunday. First thing Monday Marsha contacted me and I was approved in no time. The only delay was because I had my credit report frozen for security purposes. As soon as I lifted the freeze I was pre-approved for what I wanted. I made a deal at the dealer, closed on the loan in about two minutes via electronic signatures online, picked up a cashier’s check, and got my Ford F-150. I have applied for and received other loans, including during the pandemic, with great service.

Tracy rocks! My dealership was awful and made things more difficult than it needed to be, but she stepped in and got it done! Great service from start to finish! Thank you Tracy and Heritage CU for getting me in my new car!

I have been with Heritage for several years now after leaving another credit that I had been with for 20 years. The staff is always friendly and recognize you when you come in. Service is always excellent. My most recent meeting/transaction with Shannon was quick, informative, and an easy process.

I love the people who work here. They're quick to deal with whatever I need done. They've helped me and my daughter to keep an eye on our credit scores, understand our borrowing power for any future home-buying goals, manage credit-card debt, and generally get onto better financial footing. With the help of Heritage CREDIT UNION, a small, local-focused financial institution, I've been able to work my way around to divesting all my money and debts out of the large banks, away from the big corporations that perpetuate inequality and climate change. I can't say what this credit union's small-scale footprint is, haven't asked, but to leave the slavery of the mega-corporations was a great feeling.
