Old National Bank Virginia Ave, Indianapolis

I recently moved to the Indianapolis area and stopped by to open a checking account this morning (11/7). I was pleasantly surprised at the smoothness of the transaction and the knowledge/helpfulness of the staff. Rob N. could not have been more friendly or helpful. First impressions are huge in the service industry and Old National made a very good one this morning.

I am new to the city and had recently had someone hack the account. Went in the bank October the 4th (a Friday) to cancel and order a new card. I went in 7 business days later to withdraw money and to check on the status. The young man there assured me (without looking at the tracking) that my card would be in by the next two days. So Friday the 18th I go to a different old national bank to withdraw money and told her about my concern with my card. She looked and notified me that the card was never even ordered. Called the bank and notified them and was in no way apologetic, and did nothing to help the situation.

Not the closest, but IS the best. Real relationships with this amazing crew. They are beyond kind, and will always make you smile. I have the app, but I prefer to come in just for the people. They're all bad asses.

The entire staff goes out of their way to make us feel like their most important customer every time we enter the branch.

They were helpful but it seems as if they were under duress.
