    Greeted by name upon entering by Associate Tellers Ms.Tynoa, whom been there a long time and thoses who recently join staff! Amazing feeling even if the day was rough, everyone smiling and ready to help and fun conversation, I truly appreciate !! If there's a question, concern or need Associate Tellers can't answer! Ms. L. Springfield always give "HONEST ", detailed course of action based on your circumstances and makes sure you understand completely before you sign anythingand willing to answer questions that surface later! Honesty is a rarity theses days Thank you Ms. L. Springfield! And I can't speak for no one else, I give this branch 5 stars and a million more!     Rude location - was seeking a loan, named person never called me back until I complained. I closed ALL. My accounts here. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER EVER bank at this location. And I was a new customer. Omg I love MY NEW credit union - but this location sucks!

    I love the staff Everytime we have gone in they are so friendly. But this is about my money I had two checks bounce that I put into my account from someone else because they bounced they charged me $32 twice so $64 total because of something not my fault if I had known they would bounce I would never have deposited them! PS this is during the pandemic I'm out of work as of right now due to the shut down I need every penny I can get! I'm a small business owner!

    Branch manager is so rude. I went in to get something notarized (which is pretty simple) and she acted like I asked the world of her. When filling out paperwork, she told me I was wrong about where to sign (I wasn’t) and kept taking over me and wouldn’t listen to what I was saying when I was trying to explain. My employer also required a notary certificate, and Lela acted like I asked her for her SSN. So rude. Didn’t smile once and was generally just awful. Try not to go to this branch if you can

    Lila helped me through acquiring a motorcycle loan. She was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. She went out of her way to set up the transaction that I then carried out at a different location. Could not be happier, I will soon transfer all of my banking to this location. Both locations I dealt with in the matter were great!

    When I opened my account, they failed to inform me that they charge for every debit card transaction at stores (something I've never heard of a credit union doing). I ended up with several fees charged to my account. When I called them, they tried to blame it on the stores themselves and told me "we can't inform customers of everything." They did credit my account, but by then they had already lost me. I found a much better credit union now. Avoid this one!

    If you enjoy never knowing what your account balance actually is, then IMCU is the bank for you! Since their recent computer system change things have been in shambles. Your smart phone app will list one balance, online will show yet another and the teller will tell you a 3rd balance! Funnier still, the website will show you different cleared transactions based if you're viewing 7 day or 30 days of transactions at once! "See that TJ Maxx transaction from 4 days ago (that already cleared!). Watch it magically disappear when I switch to the 30 day view!.. and reappear when I go back to the 7 day view." What about the smart phone app? I hear you ask. Well it must only communicate with the bank at some random interval. Sometimes it's more than 24 hours behind. One day I needed to transfer money from savings to checking and used the app... after 15 minutes the money never showed up so I tried the transfer again using the website. 24 hours later the smart phone app transfer went through as well. Their new motto should be: "IMCU, Banking made easy because there's no point in balancing your checkbook or worrying about how much money you have... heck, we don't even know how much money you have."

    DON'T USE IMCU. I have been with this so called Credit Union since Dec 2013 and have hated it. The "network" is always going down which mean memebers don't have access to their hard earned money using the debit card. Imagine being at a grocery store trying to check out and you can't because the server is down. It's happened to me.. TWICE and a total of 5 times at various places since opening the account. I go onto my mobile app to see what might be going on and my balance shows "unavailable". When it's after banking hours, there is no one to call. I will be leaving this place today. Customer service is rude and so no helpful!! STAY AWAY!

    this bank is amazing...from the fact that they make an effort to know each clients name by heart and greet them when coming in to the great customer service they provide. I have had 4 car loans with them. I can't recommend them enough
