    Me & my family are life long members of OCCU however the 41st & Garnett branch continually fails in customer service. Gary indicated to me that he was placing my check on hold because I wasn't nice to the teller. I'll avoid the 41st & Garnett brach going forward. Now with that said I was clear, concise and knew the process which clearly upset Gary & his teller while they attempted to put my payroll check on hold. Owasso is a much better branch, has stellar customer service and makes it their business to provide awesome customer service.

    Worst bank ever in Oklahoma! Call me and mentioned that my payment was short $25 and a late fee of $41. Failed to mentioned at the time of payment that it was short. So I spoke to Linda and I requested for fee reversal or I would take my business somewhere else. She said, ok no problem😳. Collection located at 41st Garnett needs training on how to retain clients.     I really wish I could give ZERO stars! Run do NOT get a Car loan from this bank! Our car was wrecked almost a month ago. Our car insurance sent them a check and now we’re trying to get the payment from the GAP company To pay the bank what we owe. What so super suspicious and even the GAP companies said they are Missing a whole year worth of payment history. We got the car in 2017 they have a payment history from 2017 to 2018 nothing from 2018 to 2019 but payments from 20 to 21. The gas company has told us we probably need to hire an attorney because it sounds like they are purposely holding back that information so we have to owe the bank more money

    Oklahoma Central is a great place to Bank. The people are so nice and helpful We have been with them 6 plus years. Mandi is great. She has always been there to give us advice an help us if we need a loan or whatever the need may be.

    This bank and the people who work at the Tulsa hills location are awful. Completely rude and unwilling to help. With covid 19 quarantine happening you would think they would understand people need to be able to cash there checks in order to pay the bills they can at the moment. I understand closing your lobby but you have to also make changes to your “rules” on drive threw services. They are not making this experience any better, in fact they have only added to my stress level. If it weren’t for my employer banking here I would never go back. Definitely not recommend

    A pathetic and time wasted credit union. After scheduling an appointment with this credit union I arrived 5 minutes early only to sign in a wait standing up for 30 minutes! After finally going back with a rep. The rep could not find my online application I had already filled out. After providing the necessary ID I was told their system could not verify my identity and they would not be able to open an account for me ! The rep was clueless and after having to go back and talk to his Manager several times he was still not able to explain to me why and what system information would decline me from opening an account . I have noticed since Oklahoma central has grown in branches size they have acted less like a credit union and more like a corporate bank. A open unorganized feel when you walk in. Inexperienced reps. Confusing verification systems and no attempt to help a new customer. I would not recommend this credit union to my worst enemy.

    I've been a member for about 5 years and within the last year and half or so I have noticed a steep decline in customer service. They used to be great now they are about average (sometimes below average).

    41st and Garnett is the most friendly, knowledgeable place I know. We have had accounts there for over 30 years and wouldn’t think of ever going anyplace else. Love the people there.
