    Who is "training" the tellers???? They need to be instructed how to actually help people!!! Each and every time I go there, yes through drive thru!! When they're done,, "they" are done, I'm told, is there anything else, while at the same time sending the tube back and shutting off any further communication, and NO. I am not done, and I don't appreciate that rudeness, please hire people who realize how they have a job

    Terrible service(at least in the drive thru). Spent 20 minutes waiting to get cash. I was 1 of 2 cars there the whole time. Once I got helped the service was great so there’s that.

    I literally waoted on commercial drive thru for an hour with only 2 cars in front of me. This is absolutely absurd. Staff are always chit chatting. What happened to the customer service!!!.?

    Everytime I come hear I have to wait so long. There are plenty of employees, there just seems to be zero effort. It's not difficult to count money and shouldn't take 42 minutes to go through the drive-thru.

    Been with them 12 years and they have no loyalty. Moving on to a new bank. My friends and family have all told me they've had nothing but issues with BOK and told me to switch but I'm finally starting to see what they mean.

    This bank branch is the slowest and most unattentive customer service of any bank I have ever been at we were sat at the drive-thur as the 1st car in line for 31 minutes before somebody came to help us then when we asked for what we needed it took him another 20 minutes meantime I'm sitting here burning gas frying in the heat just do yourself a favor and don't go here Plus they did give me the correct bills I asked for

    Went to deposit my unemployment card..lobby closed due to COVID....drive thru line was very long. Called to ask if my transaction could be handled in the drive. Juan said yes....so I got in the line. I was there about an hour...Saturday, Memorial Day weekend and the people in the drive were so nice. Give them a raise and a 3 day weekend, when they can go somewhere!

    Hi I’m a disable home maker and a absentee voter. Robert Gutierrez helped me today and has helped before with signatures address verification for my ballot before I can mail in my vote. Also required two signatures which Maria Ramirez was kind enough to add her signature as well. What a wonderful staff here at this location I could be more please God bless them all in all they do just going to work or having a job in the a national pandemic can’t be easy masked up and trying to stay Covid-19 free is hard enough but they showed me kindness and courtesy and for that alone should be reward I wish I could give them more stars vacations and raises please let them know the huge impact they made on me. Thank you again !!! You are all rock stars to me!!!
