I went through the drive through today to withdraw cash. I provided my photo ID and filled out my withdrawal slip like usual but was informed that I was unable to get money. I was told that there is a new process in place that you have to accept a text message or a secure message on the mobile app for “added security” I never received a message or text. This is absolutely ridiculous the whole point of a drive through is convenience. I have a major issue with entrusting a bank to hold onto my money but refused to give me cash when I need it. I will be canceling al of my accounts and going to American Heritage Bank.

Started out great. Then, they lowered my available credit without any notice even though my credit score is great. I found out they had lowered my available credit when they sent me notice that that they had "raised" my credit to an amount significantly lower than what it used to be. Yeah, Clark Howard was right. Do business with a mega bank and eventually you get burned. 🔥 Two can play that game. Considering the rest of the negative reviews you clearly earned, you've earned this review, too, Pierpont.

Super nice and professional. Needed my name changed due to marriage and they did it right away. Best branch in my opinion.

I attempted to make a cash deposit into a Chase Bank customer's account and I was told that as I don't have an account at Chase, I could not complete the deposit. They suggested that they COULD do an advance off of my debit card and then turn around and DEPOSIT THE CASH for me the non-account holder. It was a $4,000 deposit and I had just taken the money from my account 20 minutes earlier...the money wasn't at my bank anymore. SO, I returned to my bank with the cash, purchased a cashier's check, traveled back to Chase and made the deposit. HOWEVER, afterwards while reading the receipt, I noticed that it reads, "Notice of delayed availability Amount delayed $4,000.00 Date when available. 6/29/2021 (This deposit was on 6/18/2021) Checks within this deposit may not be paid because of information we've received from the paying bank or due to information we have within our own systems. Further review may result in additional deposit availability delay." This was a CASHIER'S CHECK...AN OFFICIAL CHECK... which according to Reg CC should be made available to the account holder by the following day after the deposit. Only an Exception Hold would really allow them any ability to hold it longer...legally. This wasn't some check from a prince in Nigeria...nor was it a "Lottery Winnings" check from Canada. This was a check that I had purchased 20 minutes earlier...AFTER I was in their lobby with the original cash in my hand...trying to make a deposit for the person that fixed the plumbing at my elderly parent's home many states away. I called the Chase customer service line, spoke to a person that must have been either in a distant country or on the moon given the amount of phone delay there was in trying to communicate...I explained all of this to the person that said she couldn't help me and would transfer me to their expedite team...and here I sit on hold...46 minutes and 25 seconds...I believe that she transfered me into oblivion. I can guarantee that I will share this experience with my friends and family and that I will mention it to anyone I talk to about banks.

I am not a Chase customer. My job banks with Chase. I went in this afternoon to cash a $2800 check. I asked the teller to count it because I don't trust the machine. There was no one behind me. Her reaction was to tell me that the machine counts it 3 times, and if it didn't work they would lose money. Hmmm. So sorry I asked you to do your job. I guess customer service isn't a thing at this bank. I've had a similar experience with the other reviews that I've gone in with several people not working with customers and ignoring the people in lobby. Every other bank I've ever been is has had exceptional customer service. Maybe in the grand scheme of things $2800 isn't a lot, but have some respect for the people that walk in your doors. This is unacceptable for people that control your finances.

I went in today to deposit my check and they told me I would be charged a fee due to it being a Citibank. I went to the Chase bank on Memorial and they told me there would be no fee. Garnet chase Bank doesn't know what they are doing.

It will be faster to drive to the next closest chase bank then to wait in line at this location. And that is ALWAYS the case! I’ve had to run my daily deposit here for 2 weeks straight, today i forgot my wallet back at work and they refused to run my deposit w out an ID claiming no one recognized me when I’ve been having daily conversations w them. Honestly this bank is always a bad experience.

I waited in the drive through lane for over 40 minutes today. I had to miss lunch because I was stuck in line. A few cars that had pulled up after me were helped before the van in the line ahead of me. I finally had to get out and ask the lady behind me to back up so I could get out and get back to work. Every time I have been to this location it takes forever. Chase is a good bank and I would hate for people to not see that because of this locations lack of service.

Best bank in Tulsa. Always courteous, friendly, and willing to help. My husband and I have used other banks and ended up closing our accounts due to dissatisfaction &/or poor customer service. We've been with Chase (checking, savings, safety deposit box, and our auto financing) for over 10 years and will continue to be satisfied customers for the the duration of our lives I'm quite sure!!
