The greatest credit union 2nd to none. I've been a member for over 50 years and have never had negative experience. The people are great. That's what tops it off. Always treat their members with respect and friendliness.

We have bought several vehicles and went through Dee, she makes the car loan process very easy. You are greeted by security who is so sweet, everyone is so pleasant to talk with. We love OMFFC !!

I called and spoke to Stephanie about some information about them and she refused to give me the information. After I insisted that she must provide this info to me according to the NCUA, she preceded with a stank attitude and hung up on me. I called back and she began to raise her voice. Very unprofessional of her.

I called today & reached Stephanie. I asked her for the name of the Registered Agent. She refused to release the information. She was extremely rude & disrespectful. This company is looking real shady. She said she was instructed not to release that information.

Called & the lady hung up on me. She yelled at me. If you don't want to be at work, find another job. Don't treat people this way.

I got my truck though them the lady named dee in there been nothing but rude this whole time can’t wait to pay my truck off be done with them don’t know how to treat there customers right

The only place I go to get a vehicle loan!! I have banked with them since 1985 and couldn't ask for a better loan team and always willing to go the extra mile with their customers

I have Had and account with Oklahoma members first federal credit union for 32 years now! They are like a family to me! they are the nicest bank/credit union there is! they are kind and understanding! Thanks OKMFFCU ! -SCR

I have had an account with them for over 20 years. They treat their customers like family and they are willing to do what they need to help their customers. They may only have 1 location, but the people inside is what makes the difference.

Everyone is always sssooo helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fun! Love Mr. Louis.... security guard extraorinaire!!!! They make me feel like family....ok..the ,' extra' one that folks say 'bless your heart' ...about.!! Lol
