Nicolet National Bank E Calumet St, Appleton

Nicolet Bank is amazing. Although I was a big fan of First National Bank prior to the merging, I also have had a great experience with Nicolet. Brian Julius and Dawn Pennington are my personal favorites!! I recommend Nicolet for all your banking needs!

This was an absolutely horrible experience. I was told that the bank would consider the history of the business I bought and ran me through the process. I waited about two weeks only to find out Brandon never did anything to work with me. I called and left a message and then only after that my credit was hit with a hard inquiry by Nicolet Bank. I received a call about 2 hours later from Brandon telling me he checked with underwriting and wanted to see a longer history of me with my company. After pressing Brandon he admitted he did nothing with my information and was just giving me an answer to go away. If you treat people like this who are not even with your bank, I would hate to see how you treat your actual customers. I went to US Bank and the process was smooth and they considered the business history and I now have another truck in my fleet to better service my customers.

I tried receiving help from this branch about my account. It was overdraferd and I didn't realize it. I had alot of fees racked up. I was not aware of. No call no letter telling me this happened. Anyway when I called to talk with a personal banker. This Stacey didn't want to listen to what I have to say, to sit down and see if there was anything you could do to help me. I was not looking for all fees to be waved just something. She goes since you said at one point you didn't know if you could have someone help you pay it. This part is where this was from a phonecall earlier and talked with someone else. She told me this other girl, that I had a deadline to pay it and then take off fees to help me. Then this Stacy, goes we have no obligation to help you. What? I said. You mean you can tell me one thing and then go um we really don't care about you so we don't want to help you. Then the branch manager says the same thing in a nicer way. So what I did was call up GreenBay Branch where I use to live and that branch of Nicolet Bank read all my notes on my account looked at everything and was so glad to help me in GreenBay. Brandon of GreenBay listen to me not cut me off and was snobby like Appleton. So I am posting this. If you stay with Nicolet Bank don't go to the one on Calumet. They treat you like dirt.

Im 37yrs old and have never had a credit card or loan for anything and when i needed a new car i was nt sure i could get a loan or how hard it would be. Dawn at nicolet bank on calumet street in appleton was amazing. She helped me take care of a collection and went out of her way to get me the loan for a price and time frame i will be able to handle. My mom wanted me to go to a credit union but ive been here for years and love it. Ive even gotten phone calls if something was going to be overdrawn so i could transfer $ before they run it.

Couple months back they had shorted me $100 on deposit, so I had to go inside. Today I was depositing $290, which I counted 3 times. Lady said it was $285. I know it's just $5, but still.
