I switched from my old business insurance provider to State Farm thanks to the diligence and amazing assistance of Chandi Frias. Not only did she sell me insurance for both my businesses, she educated me and explained everything in detail. She stayed on top of me and made everything flow super easy. I even switched to State Farm for my car insurance. Chandi is definitely an asset to this agency. Her professionalism and diligence are remarkable.

Ileana was patient and worked with me and my insurance needs, she got me better quotes than other insurance companies offered at this time, highly recommend Ileana.

Stay away from this office! We have transferred our policy from one state to another. It turned out to be a disaster! They do talk nicely to you but they sure don't know what they are doing! Read and double check every single sentence of your policy! They might say one thing to you but on the paper it's a completely different thing! The agent named Shandi or Chandy doesn't know what she is doing. Without our agreement in order to bring the price down, she has canceled the collision!!!! She has misinformed us on multiple occasions and gave the wrong information (for instance, a monthly price was $40 higher as she had originally quoted us)! As a result, we were thrilled to find out that we no longer have a full-coverage on the vehicle after the accident. We definitely made a mistake trusting every single word of this unqualified woman! I don't even know how she can sleep at night. Be aware and don't trust every single word! Read your policy and ask questions! Some of their agents are simply incompetent, especially Shendi or Chandy. They are liars and will do whatever it takes to get you even cancelling your existing insurance features by misleading you!

The worse people to deal with. Agent Perez never returns any phone calls. And liliana is horrible at customer service. Moving out state and wanted to transfer my agent, the worseee experience and disaster and run around I've gotten from this office. Horrible, horrible all they care about is money.
