Just picked up a GV70 today with the help of Butch and Nick. Super transparent and easy to work with. Left a deposit a few weeks back which gave me first priority on any allocation they had coming in and Butch would reach out and let me know whenever something new was available. Finally found the spec I wanted. Butch is super knowledgeable on the genesis and answered all my questions. Had a wonderful experience at Genesis of Brooklyn. Highly recommended!

Purchased my son a beautiful genesis from Genesis of Brooklyn recently and although car dealerships usually have a bad rep not this dealership. I dealt with Butch from the sales department who was very efficient and thorough in detail with how the vehicle functioned. Shortly after, I was introduced to Nick in finance who helped get me at a payment I was comfortable with. He was very transparent and to the point. Finally I met with the GM of the store, Adam. Adam went over all of the details of the sale and answered any other questions I had with regard to the vehicle. Adam had a great attitude and was even very entertaining. I have purchased many vehicles for my family in the past in many different dealerships and none come close to this experience. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested in a satisfying car purchase experience, to give this place a try.

I came in looking for a specific car and I was greeted by a salesman Moe Nephew. He was very Transparent, Efficient and Respectful throughout the whole process. Moe Nephew and Ray were both a big help for making sure I left the dealership with a big smile on my face. I drove off the lot today with a 2019 G80 3.3T and it's AMAZING! Definitely going to do business with Hyundai City of Bay Ridge in the future. If anyone is looking for a car, ask for Moe Nephew, trust me, you won't regret it. Outstanding service!

Just had a fantastic buying experience with Butch. I was looking for a car for my son, and it was important to stay within a certain budget, so the Kona was perfect for us. I also wanted to test drive it. With such low inventory it could be easy to send someone away who wants to test drive, especially when the only model you have is in the showroom. Butch told me to make an appointment during the week, and he would have the car pulled out for me. I called during the week, and he said he had one more model that just came in. It was in the service department because someone who bought it last week decided to trade it in for a bigger model. Butch drove me down to the service center, and even let me sit in his car to finish a work conference call. We drove the car, and it met all of our specs, so we said we were very interested. I asked Butch to put together out-the-door numbers for us including tax, tag, title. He reserved the car for us while we went through this process, and spent his entire day off answering questions for us via text., Turns out he was selling 5 other cars on his day off. Came in the next day to pick up the car and everything was exactly as we had negotiated. Nothing hidden. Butch gave us a comprehensive in-service, and the finance manager was quick and efficient. In this market where cars are scarce, I have to say it was the easiest, smoothest transaction I ever had. I would send any of my friends to Butch!

I do not have enough good things to say about this dealership, and our salesman Butch. My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and were interested in the GV70. In this current car market, dealerships have very little incentive to negotiate or "go above and beyond" for the customer due to car shortages and crazy mark ups. I talked to numerous dealerships throughout the area and this was the first dealership where I felt like a priority. From day one Butch and his team were transparent, honest, and realistic about the process. Multiple times Butch would text/call me late at night with updates and running different numbers. Thankfully the right vehicle and trim were available and we jumped on the opportunity to put our deposit down. We ended up driving about 2 hours to the dealership due to more competitive pricing and better trade in value compared to other dealerships in our area. As soon as we arrived everyone in the dealership were pleasant and welcomed us with smiles and laughs. We were out of the dealership, at our previously negotiated price with no push for mark ups or added extras within 1.5 hours. We then had an amazing lunch nearby at the recommendation of Butch and his team. I truly wish we lived closer to this dealership and may consider making the drive for any future car purchases given our great experience and would highly recommend Butch and this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. Thank you everyone again, my wife and I are excited to be in our Genesis GV70!

Recently purchased a GV70 from Genesis of Brooklyn. I was helped by Clayton and Muhammad and they were very professional, attentive, and always provided fast communication. When our favorite trim/color arrived to the dealership early, we were on vacation and Clayton fended off countless buyers (and other sellers!) to hold it for us for over a week. This is NOT something dealerships love to do. They're a business and they need to move vehicles. They put their trust in me, and I bought an absolute dime of an SUV – very pleased with the customer service. Genesis is putting themselves firmly on the map, and Genesis of Brooklyn set the bar very high. I'll happily buy from them in the future.

I drove to Brooklyn from Westchester for my 2022 G70 because of a friend’s referral. The dealership was exceptional in every way. I did not like the other dealers that I had visited who treated me in a way that did not make me feel comfortable with their usual fast talk. Genesis of Brooklyn treated me respectfully. They were clear and transparent about prices and financing. Took their time with me and made sure I understood everything. There were no surprises, very refreshing. Plus a bunch of great guys! I would recommend this dealership to anyone in a heartbeat. So worth the trip.

Quick turn-around on oil change. I didn't have an appointment, but still took my chances and went in for the oil change for my GV80. Immediately, my needs were addressed and the adviser accommodated my car on a Saturday morning. It was ready faster than I expected – I was prepared to wait a little longer than usual but was pleasantly surprised when they told me it was ready. In total, I spent a little over 1 hour, which is very fast, especially without an appointment. I was also provided with a free car wash.

My husband & I just got our genesis’s both from this dealer. We walked into the dealer hoping for both & ended up getting both cars! By the help of Butch, he gave us the best deal he could. We were originally going to go with genesis of freehold, but they were so rude and unhelpful. As soon as you walk into this dealer, they are so nice and eager to please! Thank you Butch, for my brand new GV70 in green & my husband’s g70 in blue. You are amazing!
