The staff is amazing, friendly and attentive to customers needs. I am the happy car owner now. I would like to take this apportunity and thank salesman Julio, manager Camille and entire Bay Ridge Hyundai staff. They did a greate job! They do a bait and switch on you ! I had called about a car the day before, we had scheduled an appointment to look at the car, Zariah had emailed me the car details and i was ready to make a decision after looking at the car. After rescheduling many meetings during the work week and the looong train ride to Brooklyn, i got there only to find another sales rep full of attitude who told me the car is being serviced! Don't go here. You might be better off elsewhere. P.S: they told me they will get the car as soon as possible and call me during the weekend. No calls yet!

I made an appointment with Asante. And they confirmed me that car is available. I went in the next day. This salesman with longer hair showed me the car and ran my credit. Guess what!!??? He came and he was like “the car is sold but dont worry i have so many vehicles u can choose from” How the hack on earth people does that. If it was sold then why the f.... would you run my credit without letting me know that the car is sold?? Guys plz be careful of these scammers

Make sure to ask for Manny! He was the best! I visited 2 dealers before this one (who shall remain nameless) and they treated me poorly. Manny was polite, knowledgable, courteous and went above and beyond to get me what I wanted even with my poor credit history. I highly recomend Bay Ridge Hyundai!

They got me approved without a co-signer AND helped me get insurance! I needed a car asap as i am now commuting to work every day and am glad i cam to bay ridge hyundai. Munir was very professional and helpful. Would definitely recommend this place.

I came in to lease a car.. wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but the girl with the short curly hair was very knowledgeable and helpful, then she called over her manager, a bald, disrespectful man. He had zero communication skills, and kept rolling his eyes while talking to us like a wise guy. Definitely don’t recommend this place if they have someone like him in charge.

After two weeks shopping for a car, Neil at Bayridge Hyundai got me the car I was lookingfor.. On November 11,2018 I was able to lease a 2019 Tucson ultimate for a good price. Other dealers offered me more for lower trims not even considering to offer me a 2019 ultimate. Neil worked as a professional and all the documents were ready the same day. The place was comfortable.All I can say is that I have my car and I didn't waste my money. Pierre Dufanal

So I had the amazing customer service from the senior sales consultant from bay ridge Hyundai . I definitely would recommend everyone to come see him . He is the best keep up the good work the whole team was wonderful . The place was so nice and neat the staff has been helpful with everything . I definitely would be coming back for more cars in the near feature.

Runaway... as fast as you can!! After driving close to 100 miles one way to purchase a specific vehicle, The owner admitted to me tonight that the internet sale prices are NOT the actual prices of vehicles. I verified 2 times prior to my arrival to be sure I did not waste my time... nope.... complete waste of time. They wanted to charge me an additional $3000 for a vehicle certification. This certification was already completed by a prior dealership at the same odometer reading as on the carfax. I specifically asked about certification fees and I was told no, no problem. Why was that certification cost not added to the car guru price, I asked??? Response.... “yes, I agree... sorry, I don’t know why”... then my response was- but aren’t you are the Manager/Owner if this dealership??? His response??? “Ummmm I understand” and on top of that, and they offered me $2500 LESS than what 2 other dealerships on my trade-in. I’ve been shopping for a few weeks. I did my homework. They had the vehicle I wanted at the price that brought me in. I was planning to buy it. They lied about the cost and admitted it. Sad... I would have negotiated with them but this was ridiculous. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! RUN AWAY!!!! Nothing they can say would change their unscrupulous business practices. LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE... MOVE ON. GOOD LUCK.
