Johnatan Romero and his team were nothing short of excellent. When my girlfriend and I found the home we wanted, we took action quickly and aggressively since that is what it takes in today's market. However, as first time homebuyers flying blind into this process, it made us very nervous. We looked at Rocket Mortgage and Truist. Rocket was quick but their terms and methods seemed... predatory. Truist could not act quickly and asked us to extend our close. A friend recommended Johnatan and my only regret is that he was not our first stop. He and his team opened with fantastic rates/terms and tackled the 30 day close with a week to spare. They did all of this on top of walking two novices through the process and making sure we knew what each step meant.
