I worked with John Basso recently to refinance our mortgagee, for such a big thing, it was one of the easiest and quickest processes I've ever been through. Amazing Services. Dejana Veseli is simple amazing. So my story is I was considering refinancing my primary home in August I reached out to her 1 September and ended up submitting an application around September 5. That loan closed October 26 and even though it took a long time to get through underwriting she was constantly in contact, got the appraisal ordered right away and once we got cleared to close it was no time. So all in all, that was a really good turnaround time because underwriters were extremely busy at that time. I told her I had an investment property I wanted to do as well. She remembered and reached out to me at the end October. I submitted the application the 31st and that loan for my investment property closed on December 4. I cannot begin to explain how easy the process was for both loans so very simple and I cannot believe that for an investment property I actually ended up with a better ate than my primary, all depends on rates at the time though! On top of all of that great service my friend had a rental in MI and I told him to call the bank Dejana got my loans through, since they were based in MI. When he called them, he got the retail side, different from working with a mortgage broker and basically they didn’t want to deal with him, told him some nonsense about it wouldn’t be worth it basically the loan was too small for it to be worth the trouble for them. I called Dejana and told her about it and she told me she was from Michigan & she would see what she could do. she called me an hour later and had a referral for my friend. This was around 11/2 and he closed 12/10 for a rate less than 3% on an investment. Her service is awesome. I referred her to my BFF who is a builder and has literally referred her to everyone. She is AMAZING!!! Just excellent service, wonderful!

My husband and I purchased our first home in October of 2018. Jeff,Amber and Sarah did an awesome job. We ran into a few issues during the end part of the process however Jeff met us personally cleared everything up and not one email, text message or phone call go unnoticed. After wasting over three months with Wells Fargo, we worked with John Basso at DHL. John and his team were amazingly quick and responsive. Very professional and would answer texts and phone calls in the evening and on weekends. So different from Wells Fargo. We closed on our refinance in two weeks and one day. They even sent the attorney and a notary to our home after we got home from work to close! You won’t go wrong using John Basso at DHL.

Bought my first home 1 year ago. Easiest experience ever! Pre approved in 4 hours. This mortgage broker was very timely with everything made sure my info got to the underwriter so we closed on time.
