They offered me the best rate, right out of the gate. I then tried to beat their rate with other lenders and couldn't. No BS "fluff" closing fees. Everything was smooth and the reps were all nice. We ended up getting cash back at closing, reduced our financing term by several years, and kept our monthly payments the same as our previous loan (our request).

The best experience I have had with a refinance or any home loan for that matter. Simple, quick and easy electronic notification and signing. Closed with notary on the dinning room table of my home within 2 weeks of loan application.

Excellent service from Courtney and her team from start to finish. The process was much easier with being able to upload documents to their portal and e-sign all of the documents. I was contacted by Loan Simply through their marketing materials. This particular mailing wasn’t like the millions of others I receive. This one had a connection to my original lender, and did not appear in any way bogus. I called the company line and was processed initially by Jason, the assistant. He knew exactly what to ask to get me started, and then handed me off directly to the head loan officer, Roger. Roger was also right on the call, and by the end of our call I was only steps away from completing my refinance within the terms I had wished for. Roger and Jason were both extremely available to me throughout the process, both by email and phone. They setup everything for me, including appraisal of my property, and sending a notary to my house on my schedule to sign all the closing documents. From my first call to my closing date was barely two weeks. In fact, I think we did it in 8 business days. Quite sincerely this has been the best experience I’ve ever had working with any array of lenders. I recommend Loan Simply to everyone. As far as fees, these guys wave more fees and provide the most reduced processing fees I’ve ever seen.

WOW!!! Loan Pronto figured it out .... they took the "dreaded" home loan process and turned into the easiest thing ever. From day one my wife and I received clear communications from those handling our loan. The steps were clear, those involved responded within minutes, and we closed in less than 30 days from the start. Best of all .... it was all electronic except for the 15 minute closing(if that long) in which the person came to my office, at my convenience to complete.
