This Finance gave me a second chance the process was not complicated it was one of the best companies that I have ever financed a vehicle... The people who work their are top notch and always people I loved going in making payments... It has been almost 8 years since I used Motor Finance never thought to post. I would tell anyone who I know give them a try.

This place is top notch my Spouse and I have had the most wonderful experience with the kind and generous members of this Financial Institute.The word kind is just the beginning they are highly respectable individuals that know how to treat their customers..They were a Gods send...into our lives.... not only we're they very helpful in our time of need they treat you as Family and guide you through the financing part and are there to help you with any questions and provide you options and solutions. Bad business practices! Scammers! This business allowed our sons car to go to an employees personal home over 25 miles away without our permission after they got it from the impound yard because our son parked in the wrong spot the first night at his new apartment complex. We were told they were taking the car to their impound lot and they lied. We paid over $1300 and they refused a receipt, they refused to give the car back until the following Tuesday almost a week later. They threatened to tack on more towing and storage fees if we questioned the car to come quicker. Kim also threatened on video she would not even come into work the day she was suppose to bring the car if we wanted to question her. This is illegal and bad business practices. They have been reported to the BBB and our attorney has been advised. Civil suit coming soon. Beware of this shady business and unprofessional employees. We did get the car back with a lot of extra miles on it, flat tire they put fix a flat in and now having issues starting up. This car never had those issues before they got it. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!

Rob has always took care of me. Help me out on my first truck "tahoe" then helped me get my "boat" and now has helped me get the truck i wanted and payments were well under then what i was expecting. I would recommend this company to anyone i know. Thanks Rob for helping me out sir

Do not do business with this company. If you pay off your vehicle and are due a credit for the GPS they made you install, you will not get your refund back. US Veterans stay away from this company!!!

They where great. Going to get another with them. As far as title goes, your title comes from Austin not them and as far as receipt that's what the little book is for, or they could have e-mailed it.

Are you kidding me?? That office works like 50 years ago, when I go to make payments, NO RECEIPT, NO PROOF OF PAYMENT ALL THEY DO IS WRITE DOWN A LITTLE PIECE A PAPER YOUR PAYMENT, An insignificant no value paperpaper whatsoever, receipt. Worst service ever! !
