Morton Buildings, Inc. Red Granite Loop, Colorado Springs

Tried to give them my business and no answer in over 2 months. Can only imagine what it would look like once the check is cut. Good news is they could not even seem to get me to a point of selling me the deal, so glad I do not need to experience that. The person that is responsible for handling issues, did call me but no action came in the timeline she said to expect. My advice is that there are other companies that are responding to me and General Steel seems to want to work with me. Hope this finds its way up as if I owned this business, I would not be happy if i heard about this, and if I was an employee I would be concerned. Best of luck to those who put money down and warning to those who are thinking about this company for their projects and large investment.

Absolute garbage customer service. I wish I could rate them lower than one star. These people are absolutely impossible to get in contact with. When they say they'll "get back to you right away", don't hold your breath. Tried working with them many months ago (5 to be exact) and could never get them to respond in a timely manner. Weeks would go by with no response, then I'd have to contact them again multiple times before ever getting an answer about a question or that I'm "ready for the next steps" to begin my home build. We have cash in-hand, ready to give them our business and they've told us (after reaching out to them innumerable times and five months) that they don't have time for us and that we should "move on" and look elsewhere for another home builder. Do yourself a favor and don't even bother with these guys...

Customer service is pretty much non-existent. They say they are the best and been around for over 100 years but what that seems to mean is, "we have enough business and need no more customers". Tried being patient for over a month just for them to do nothing but put us behind schedule. There may be other companies that aren't as established but my guess is...I'll at least get a building done.

Called to get a quote for a building. I was told I would receive a call within 48 hours. That was 5 days ago. Not the kind of company I will spend my money with. Especially since I'm spending a large amount.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. HORRIBLE PHONE MANNERS, NEVER- AND I MEAN NEVER CAN YOU GET A CALL BACK, EVEN AFTER SPENDING $150K ON A BUILDING, THEY SUDDENLY DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MORTON BUILDINGS. TERRIBLE!!! My next call is to corporate office, they need to know this Colorado Springs office is run by fools.

I have waited over 2 weeks after making initial contact for a response from a salesman. I have received absolutely no contact. Not a good way to do business.

called me, emailed me, and sent a very nice brochure within one week. Seem very professional and polite.

I have waited 4 weeks and have called 3 times with no call back at all as well.
