    Banked with them for almost 10 years, constantly had an issue using my cash app and messenger pay. Had to call to get them back on. Also weird soon as I fully switched banks I had an overdraft I had nothing to connect to. Ended up paying them and getting them out my way. I spoke with a lady named Stacy often and she was always very reluctant to listen to anything you had to say. She always jumped to her assumptions and road her imaginary high horse. My advice is to just get a real bank! Only good thing about them is the possible low apr on loans and their app.

    Just a really bad experience overall with my banking, I would feel bad about writing a bad review but considering how many fees are they charged my account over last 8 months I’m sure they’ll be doing just fine.

    When first entering The ladies from accounts were amazing and beyond helpful but the teller we got was very slow and didn't explain or offer much help or assistance without having to tell him the options I know I have to complete my transaction

    The ATM took my card, did not even enter my pin. The bank was open and would not open it up and give me my card back. Told me to come back on Monday. I am not part of Monroe Credit union but another CU. I will never use your ATM again. I am stuck with out a card all weekend and have to rearrange my Monday to try and get my card back. Something that should of been corrected immediately.

    We're very sorry for the aggravation caused as a result of our ATM not working properly. Someone put a warped card into the machine, breaking the card reader and causing it to malfunction and hold onto cards that were put into it. We have retrieved the cards and they are ready to be picked up at any time. Again, we apologize for this inconvenience--it's certainly not the experience we want anyone to have while utilizing our credit union's machines.

    When it comes to the drive thru plan on waiting 20 minutes. They have like maybe 2 or 3 tellers for 5 lanes it takes forever. Not sure about much else because I just use them as a secondary bank. Sitting in the drive thru for over 20 minutes as I type this. To your response, 90 percent of the time it's this busy. I would deposit my checks in the ATM but then they put holds on them so it's a lose lose.

With it being right before a holiday weekend and around the first of the month, a lot of our members are looking to pull funds out at the same time. We are fully staffed at our branches but, as always, our team will work with each member to ensure they have what they need before they leave.     Stopped by the drive through to deposit a check into my account. There was a slight wait, which I did expect, as the drive thru was full 2 cars deep at each window when I arrived. However, my wait was minimal.

    I'm extremely frustrated with the branch On telegraph. I literally came through the drive through last week and ask if the lobby was open and the lady said yes, you must wear a mask. I come today to cash in my loose coins and the drive through is all that is open. Here I am leaving on a trip and I can't even cash my coins in. They should of told me that the lobby is not open on Saturday. Some people can't go to the bank during the week. Thank you Monroe Community Credit Union for giving me false info.

    Most inconvenient bank system ever. Literally every process they have is awful. Why if I deposit cash into atm should it take 24 business hours to be available?! Makes no sense. Now that they’re having fraud problems It’s the icing on the cake. I am closing my account. Would not recommend. No positive attributes.

Depositing money at an ATM saves time by making it so you don’t have to enter the branch, but all financial institutions have and disclose a window of time in which they will post those deposits. This timeframe exists because the funds are being deposited outside of the branch and it takes time for that transaction to hit the system. And while we have seen an uptick in members experiencing card fraud, it is not fraud that is specific to our institution. We work very closely with our fraud detection partner to protect our members, however cards are the most commonly targeted by criminals because they provide direct access to funds. In fraud situations, our top priority is to work as quickly as possible to communicate with the member, resolve any card discrepancies, and reissue a new card.
