Went into the bank today and gave the teller my card Need to dispute a transaction and get some quarters out of my bank I had given her my card and had my mask on because it is required mask mandate And this is the second time I was asked to remove my mask when getting a transaction done at the bank I don’t feel that I need to remove my mask and this is happened twice now

So Mission Federal Credit Union itself is great. But today I had the displeasure of working with Karina. Right from the start she acted like she didn’t want to help me & like she had an attitude. I’ve dealt with this branch a number of times and always had a pleasant experience. If this was my first time in the branch I’d never be back. She shouldn’t deal with clients.

What you can expect from Mission federal real estate department after they miss handled the terms of your loan, harass you with doc you sign emails and never send Any explanation why, then when you call to find out nobody knows and nobody ever called you back but you will get an email explaining how busy they are with other loans and have no time to call you back The best thing to do is go into the branch harass the branch manager so they call after That someone will call only to tell you what they can’t do for you, and how disappointed they are that no one ever called you back! my advice is.....do your Real estate business somewhere else

Got a great interest rate on my car loan from the awesome team of Mission Federal people. They had my paperwork completed in under a hour, had everything explained to me in way I could understand. Have only five payments left, and have never had any problems with my loan. I am going to go back to my checking and debt account again with them. If you're hunting for a bank or a loan, you gotta give them a call

I made an account with Tony in November she was great. I gave her all my information for my car I wanted to change banks. She stated she would call me back the next day she did not. I said maybe because of the holiday maybe she waiting on something I waited a month for her call or email. I called her left her two messages. I called and her coworker stated he would send her an email so Tony could call me back I heard nothing back. I called again they stated nothing had been done other than making an account for me. Still to this day nothing has been done and I have not received a call or email from Tony Rodriguez.

In regards to the Mission Ave Location . You get a very Cold treatment here . Maybe they lighten up once they get to know you but regardless " Excellent Customer service " should apply to all with good standing accounts . I made an appointment to make a large withdrawal and from the moment I walk in , out side of the " I can help you" I got nothing else . No "Good Morning , Good Day , How are you doing , How is your day " I mean not even a Smile . Nothing but expressionless coldness . At the end where the teller at Any Bank after Any transaction say's " Thank You , Have a Nice Day " all I got here was her turning and giving me her back . Felt like I was committing a crime . They came across as if they were upset I was withdrawing my money . The Manager who was working the teller window next to where I was seem to be professional as she greeted the woman behind me and when they were done she thanked her and told her to have a nice day . Also I've been banking with B of A for over twenty years and when cashing 2400.00 check , they'll run it through the money counting machine In Front of You . I withdrew quite a bit more than that and she ran threw a currency counting machine sitting 15, 20 feet from me . Think I will take my money elsewhere .

Have been a member for 20+ years, have all of my auto loans and checking account through MFCU, They are the most polite people, always very helpful. I have recommended others to them and will continue to recommend family and friends to them. They are by far the best credit union I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
