    They were extremely slow to reply to inquiries. The coordination for closing was very poor, and there was very little correspondence that did not require additional follow up. I would not recommend them. I replied to their response below 2 business days ago. Still no reply from them.

    Terrible company - they are constantly messing up my escrow and tax payments. Customer service is frustrating. I cannot wait to refi with someone else. My retaliator tried to talk me out of this but we didn't listen - BIG mistake. Don't make the same mistake as we did - go with a GOOD company!

    Terrible company. Run like hell. They put us through hell for months and months. I hired a new company and closed in 25 days. Jason Smith is a liar, they make money off the non refundable fees, double what everyone else charges. I'll never forget the pain and heartache they put my family through for no reason at all. My credit union said there was no reason at all to not close on our house, none! I also left genisys credit union out of principal for referring these clowns.

    The worst ever!!! I feel like they are very bias playing like they were helping us but wasn't. Applied for a very small loan under 50k put us threw hell to get it and 5 months later some BS and still didn't get it,my sister applied at a different lender and closed on 200k in less than 2 months( no cosigner) we got played 3 days before closing... I would never recommend people I know here....

    The entire mortgage loan experience with Member First Mortgage was very smooth and efficient. The loan officers were quite knowledgeable and explained the process each step of the way. I would definitely refinance with Member First again.

    1 star is too many. My husband and I are in the process of getting a mortgage. We have jumped through all of their hoops: 2 appraisals, a water test, septic sketch, various inspections. We have now signed 3 extensions and are 8 days from our closing date, AND NO ONE WILL CONTACT US BACK. Our loan agent(s) have ignored phone calls and emails from both us and our realtor for days. They can’t even bother to call us back? It’s appaling.

    Well, so much for your "changed process"! This month I recieved the April pymt coupon March, 27th. I finally recieved the March coupon March 2nd. On top of coupon, it states "allow 7-10 days for postal delivery"? Why can't you people follow your own advice rather then being hypocrites? And why do you date pymt coupons the 14th of the month yet wait 10-12 days before mailing? As far as talking to a loan manager, forget that. All I got was, "If you don't like the pymt option, then use another option. My reply was, " If I can't trust you on this option, why would I trust you on using a different pymt option?". Over ten years of dealing with this bank and it's been nothing but stress. It's too bad I have to give these people one star in order to post review on google, otherwise they would get no stars.
