From start to finish, Mr. Franzese showed polish, professionalism and patience. His service delivery was impeccable. When he gave me instructions, they were always accurate. He built in trust and a rapport, which did not happen overnight. He was informative about the entire process, and always kept to his word.. The fees that were quoted were lower than many of the other bank organizations. He helped expedite the process, in order that there was a successful outcome. His expertise and kindness is the type of person needed on a "winning" team.

After an extra month of delays due to delays from the economic crisis this bank pulls a Bait and switch right before closing . I was advised no additional fees , I was completely under duress with this loan due to the timing delays and my buyers on my sale needing me out . When I reviewed saw commitment fee of $795.00 I was not advised of and an additional title review fee $400 plus the $895.00 application fee. I reached out at the loan officer at the attorneys office and was advised it would be handled and returned. I followed up with manager Steve who then advised nothing he could do that these fees are charged to everyone. I advised my attorney said they were excessive and the fact that I was not made aware of and then told would be refunded is deceptive. I would definitely not recommend using the services at this bank after this horrifying experience. Consumers beware!

We purchased our home a few months ago as first time home buyers. I have been meaning to write this for some time but better late than never. Our mortgage rep was Dylan Jodah. I would be willing to bet that Dylan would be effective with any home buyer because he is such a great personality, but I think you will appreciate him more if you are a first time home buyer. Because then he acts as the perfect panacea to your frustrations and willingness to just forget the whole thing! Thats because the process can get like that, not for everyone, some people are more educated about the process and are prepared I am sure. That wasn't us. So we were very thankful that we got a rep like Dylan that was very accessible, patient, encouraging and had the most qualitative trait in this process, that is: solve the problem so we can move on; or suggest several solutions (over and over again) until the right one works. That takes knowledge of the industry, A great back office team and a commitment to come through for the client. And I really appreciated the amount of time he invested even when it could seem like were were jokers who cant make up our minds. I am willing to say to prospective buyers that this guy and Meadowbrook Financial Mortgage Bankers are the people you want to help you through buying a home!

Being a first time home buyer and not sure what the in and outs of purchasing a new home would require, Mike & Rajin helped my wife and I through out the entire process.
