My husband and I found our dream home for sale in Brooklyn in 2012. We were so thankful that a friend recommended Bobby for our mortgage needs. I had a very good experience with these guys and have recommended friends to them. I worked with Bobby, who I found to be aggressive (in a good way) and very responsive. These guys can get you a mortgage in 6 weeks, which is much faster than at the large, national banks. I would give 5 stars if they did HELOCs, but alas, I had to go elsewhere for that.

Currently going through the process with them and was orginally supposed to close July 24th. That didn't happen, so we switched from one of their lenders, to another. Many steps were handled very shaky, communication is good at times and then it tanks. Our next close date was today and it has fallen through so far. Im a veteran in Texas that was referred to them and was very impressed in the beginning, but has turned into a nightmare of "the tail wagging the dog". They may do great service in the NYC area, but my experience has been terrible and me and my family have to pay for another hotel night, extend POD dates, and uhauls. Ridiculous! Update: Anthony M. hopped on the file and took care of business and helped us close this nightmare out. Thank you Anthony!
