Not only did he go above and beyond in explaining more complicated aspects of the process like the fluctuation in interest rates and how we can make informed decisions about rate locks, he even came to our closing meeting to help with any questions and share very valuable info that we, as new homeowners, wouldn't have thought to ask about.
