    This bank will not credit deposits before processing withdrawls. What does that mean? Overdraft fees for them. I've had an account here for 10 years. Closing it as soon as I can move my direct deposit to another bank. I wish I could give less than one star.

Red Rocks does process ACH credits prior to processing ACH withdrawals each business day. There may be other factors involved which resulted in an overdraft fee and we would appreciate the opportunity to research this further for you.     Very frustrated with Red Rocks Credit Union. Came online to share my displeasure with them, and the one stars which densely populate their yelp review page say it all. A JOKE!! They should drug test their employees (randomly), who are clearly unqualified to get anything done! Maybe if they stopped hiring people who are high on bath salts and actually have professionals who are able to perform their job, they might get two stars. By the way, Alex in customer service was horrible to deal with over the phone and lied to me multiple times! What's the difference between Red Rocks Credit Union and dirt? NOTHING!!!

    I applied for a refinance and after sending bank statements I have heard nothing back. I sent a chaser email asking for an update... nothing. I waited another day and then emailed them to say I'll go elsewhere. Poor customer service. Lack of contact.

    Easy to work with but when I initially put in my paperwork to start automatic payments, I was put under the impression that the extra $57.84 that I was paying would be going towards principle. Instead, that was going towards interest. Long story short, I paid Red Rocks Credit Union nearly an extra $1,400 to have a loan through them.

    I just took a house loan out with Red Rock. I haven't even made my first payment and they have already sold my loan to someone else. I will never do business with Red Rock CU again. Nor should you. For anything!!

    DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH A TEN FOOT POLE!!! They steal money and I really mean STEAL your money. Before you go in you might want to ensure that you have counted all of your cash and not allow them to put it in their drawers prior to you agreeing to the amount after making them count it on the counter right in front of you. They miscount your money and then place it in the drawers prior to agreeing with you how much money you brought in. I count all of my money prior to bringing it in because I have caught them try to steal over $100.00 in cash before. I have had them count the money in the drawer and sure enough the cashier was wrong. If I had not counted my money they would have stolen it. That is huge to me. I dont know about you.

    The loan officer I worked sent emails that were off on grammar and math and I had to follow up on my loan application since she never got back to me. She then said she had been out of the office for a week and just reviewed it (and had no auto reply on for your email? C'mon, either you think I'm stupid or you really are that unprofessional to not have one, which, for me, reflects back on the institution). Won't be doing business here.

    God only knows why I have been a member here for as long as I have. Their favorite word to use is 'convenient', though they have absolutely no knowledge of what this word actually means. I've been telling myself to take all of my money out of this institution for years now and I am finally proud to say that on Monday, I will be closing my accounts and getting the hell out of there. Hello Public Service Credit Union!

    Poor, ineffective and inefficient customer service. Very frustrating to communicate with about basic banking information, if able to communicate at all (when contacting them via phone I was placed on hold repeatedly or sent back to a machine). I would highly recommend others to look elsewhere when considering a bank.

    My online banking account has had issues for months, have called multiple times to ask for help with fixing it, every time they tell me it has been fixed when it has not and no one seems to have further answers on how to solve this. I have not been able to see my balances for months and cannot set up bill pay. Have been a customer for 10+ years, will be closing all of my accounts due to this.
