    This company is very unprofessional when it comes to the process of getting your loan application. Had to keep calling them after I was promised a call back at a certain time. Never received courtesy calls to find out if the loan was approved. I had to call back to get results. Jessica is professional and willing to help but the rest of the staff besides the lady at the front desk taking payments were just sitting around. I was told they were very busy and when I got there no one was there they were just sitting around talking. I do not recommend this place. Regional Finance is in the same area go there. Speedy service and they appreciate your busy.

    People here are very rude and two faced. I needed help to get information on a account my grandma previously had i called them about a 2 weeks ago and they gave me a phone number to call for more information on the account. I called the number Friday and it just rang and rang so i called back up there today. I was told that i have no business calling asking on account that i do not have. I said well i just called and you gave me this number and i just wanted to make sure that this was the right number. Well the woman said well i cant help you and hung up the phone. I think that is bad when company has to change its name because it is no longer aloud to operate within the state this places used to be called security finance well i see why now they changed there name. All i know is that they will be getting a law suit soon i have no clue were my cars title is and this loan has not had a payment in 6 years made on it. I have all the paperwork form when the loan was first took out. Never did we get a notice saying that the title was being sold and that the account was going to a collection Agency. I do not even know where the title is were they have it or anything. I just want to know how they can sell a cars title but not have the car with it

    The staff was professional, very friendly, answered all questions I asked, so I would understand. It didn't take long at all. In the future If I need help, I will come back to Mariner Finance. They did a very good job helping me.

    I received pre-approval online for a small personal loan but was then told to call the office. They said they would get back to me. Two days went by with no response but I finally received an email saying it was denied. Today, less than a week later, I received a pre-approved check in the mail from Mariner Finance for a little less than what I had asked for. WTH! So I can, but I can't, but then I can? Make up your mind. Don't worry, I already went somewhere else and everyone else should too.
