M&T Bank Route, Wappingers Falls

This is the WORSE bank in American HISTORY, I DEPOSITED a check from my LAWYER for a discrimination lawsuit. I went to the bank to withdraw MY money that was available and they told me “YOu don’t have this type of money” I said “why cause I’m black”? The branch manager said YES and on top of that she said “I never deposited the check that it was fraud” and she called the police on me. Days later EVERYTHING cleared and she called me back to pick up the money. NEVER apologized, she degraded me and defamed my character and NEVER once said I’m sorry.... I think I have to take legal action

Female manger is not good ... doesn’t give you a courtesy call if there is an issue with your account, like the last manger .. She was trained from the manger in Poughkeepsie. .. When that manger in Poughkeepsie took over, all that staff changed and kept on changing.. I even seen her reprimand A very good teller right out in the open ,very unprofessional..so what did they do ...they promoted her !!! They won’t lend you a dime !! They have a alleged discriminatory lended practices that I believed were settled for some monetary amount but they admitted no wrong doing!! So I glad I left !!

Very friendly, personable, efficient. I always enjoy going there. The space is small but nicely set up - they even put up a tree at Christmas!

Cutsomer service is outstanding. My only qualm to make less than perfect is that space is a little small inside.
