Genuinely don’t know why some reviews are so negative. This was my first time at this branch, the first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Went in for a certified check and name change. The teller was knowledgeable quick and effective (wish I got her name). Meghan helped me with the name change and I was in and out of there in 20 minutes, maybe less! By far the best banking experience I’ve had at a branch before. Will definitely be using this branch exclusively!

I banked at Chase in the past and I felt like I received good customer service when I first applied for an account here. However after doing that, I was not completely satisfied anymore. The reason I felt that way was because this bank has stricter rules and charges for maintaining an account as compared to other local banks in my area of Dutchess County. They penalized me for eventually closing my account with them too early.

Rik, the branch manager, is as competent a bank employee as can be! He’s professional, patient, knowledgeable and nice on top of it all! His fellow employees are always nice & will greet me by my name. My transactions are always handled quickly and efficiently.

I gave one star because I did not have the option to give zero. How and why this branch is still open is beyond me. No one ever answers the phone, and in those extremely rare moments when someone does, they are useless. "Let me transfer you to the back office" is the go-to answer. Then the call is transfer to an automated system where you "press one" "press two" until you are blue in the face. Chase should seriously close this branch because its useless!

Meeting a new low of providing "customer service" during these very difficult times. Was waiting to make a payment at the drive thru and was the last car in line. The transaction in front of me took an inordinate amount of time for a simple issue. ( How do I know? was able to hear the entire conversation between the teller and customer from my car). Instead of checking that there was one last car waiting they just pulled the blinds. No answering the call bell or picking up the phone when the branch was called. So now you will charge me a late fee without batting an eye. And make it next to impossible to speak to anybody who in authority to deal with my complaint or institute a policy change that might result in improved customer service and satisfaction. Chase in reality you could careless about your small customers and how you treat them. It was generations of "small customers" that allowed you to grow into what you are today. But that seems to escape your thought process or business plans of today. Take your business (both personal and business) to a local credit union! You will be treated with respect both as a human and a customer. And at least get somebody to direct your call or a place to leave a message to speak with a live human being.

almost 30 min. waiting at the drive thru. they took 15 min with only the 1 car in front of me, and then they shut the window in my face. I would give them zero stars if i could. Other banks have a cut off at the end of the line and finish dealing with the customers that have been waiting. absolutely horrible especially during a time when people are trying to pay mortgages, get money for utilities, and everything else.

Terrible service. Came in to add wife to my account. Waited at customer service booth, no one came. Waited at teller line, free teller then took a break and came back 5 min later, says she can't do it for me and tells me to have a seat and wait behind 2 other customers for the one desk worker on duty for another 20 min. I left and went to the Chase next to the post office, was helped within 15 seconds of walking in the door. Stay away from this location.

Extremely slow service inside the branch. Waited 30 minutes before someone could help, even though 3 employees in cubical were not helping anyone else or on the phone. When called to ask a question on the phone the call was ended after 30 seconds of waiting with an automatic message saying “try again later”. I’m confused why there was no hold? However, when the call was finally answered (after calling back 6 times) the employee was short, rude, impatient and was on the phone call a total of 15 seconds with me. Banking at ANY other branch would be better.

Worst bank ever. Was at drive thru to cash a $800 personal check on Chase acct, I thought I lost my driver's lic weeks ago. Went to get an enhanced lic dmv told no problems with using the temp enhanced. I go to the lady teller she's gone for at least a solid 5 minutes. Just cashing a check mind you off my Chase checking. The gm came back and asked if I had a passport! I asked him if he had his passport with him!? He said no it's home ....I said so is mine!!!! He then told me to go to the Hopewell branch to see is someone who worked there knew me!? WHAT! The story gets better I go inside and the gm is taking customers on the teller line because they are shirt handed that again is not my problem, meantime there are 3 cust reps with no one in their cubicles! One of them to speak with gm to stand in line behind 6 people. So I sat and waited and waited. The man who told me to wait DID NOT tell me that I had to wait until every customer came thru the door was waited on. I asked him customers keep coming in when will come over and speak to me in private....this rep told me point blank I told ya to get in line! I finally spoke with him after being scolded by this rep !I told the gm he was ridiculous asking me to travel 10 miles out of my way....on a hope an employee knows me what if they were on vacation? Passport? Really. Totally absurd and ridiculous. I would have thought common sense would have kicked in at this point. I called corporate and they apoligized for the experience. Ugh will be pulling my money out eventually. What a crazy disorganized place.

Horrible. Went to get a voided check for direct deposit, was told to wait for one of the desk people. Waited till someone was free, then they went on break! Then they get back and tell me...I need to go back to the teller to get it because they don't handle that!!! This is why internet banks with high yield checking like sofi are stealing customers.
