Disappointed. The branch has its own brain.unprofessional. I had an appointment and I can’t to know it’s closed when I reach here. Drove 40 miles. This is what I get after being a loyal customer for years No one informed me or even emailed abt the branch closure

When your banks motto is "if we haven't frauded your account, just wait we will" the service is atrocious. I waited a whole hour just to make a deposit. Told me there is only one teller at the moment. There was five people working. One of which gave me attitude because he actually had to work. This place needs to change the entire staff.

I have been a loyal customer of Wells Fargo bank for about 12 years now and have used them for both my personal & business needs everything from personal/business checking/savings to loans such as mortgage, car & even business. I think that the bank is completely fine for basic personal needs but if you are a business owner, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. The tellers at this location are very courteous and efficient but unfortunately the management is sub-par and frankly I think that there is a complete lack of regard for business owners. The straw that broke the camel's back moment was on Monday when I stood on LINE outside the bank for 35 minutes waiting to get the change that I needed to open my business for the day. They were letting one customer at a time into the bank with zero communication as to what was going on and what the outcome may be. The nightmare ultimately ended with the manger closing the branch due to some "emergency," forcing me to drive all the way down to the Fishkill branch to get the money I needed to conduct business that day. A task that should have taken 5-10 minutes ended up taking 90 minutes and my store was without money for 90+ minutes. I am not upset that there was an emergency, I am upset that the communication was nonexistent and that the line of customers (especially business customers) standing outside that bank weren't addressed. The long-winded and extremely condescending speech given by the branch manager when he FINALLY decided to communicate to let us know he was closing the bank was also pretty infuriating. I followed up with customer care about my experience. Their response verbatim was "thank you for providing this information to us." There was no apology, no next steps and absolutely zero effort to retain my business. I followed up with my "Business Relationship Manager" who I played phone tag with on Tuesday but has yet to return my call since then. I went next door and opened accounts at a bank that is accustomed to and better equipped to meet the needs of small business owners. They were eager to earn my business and from what I've heard from other business owners will be eager to retain it as well.

Awesome service. They first greeted me with a warm welcome. My personal banker Hernan explained everything clearly. The Bank Manager Nigel made sure I got the best customer service and he was very friendly. Best banking experience ever.

Worst branch in the United States, not helpful at all I was bringing someone there and they wouldn't help her inside and shut down drive thru early. I'm glad I left them and went to td bank

Scheduled an appt a week in advance with Hernan Velez regarding HELOC. The wife and I go on said appt date to find out he is on vacation.... really! Same person that tells us he is on vacation then says well maybe he gave the information to this person (didnt get his name)... ok so we wait for this person to tell us whether the information was given, we see him walking back and forth talking with some lady while looking over at us, still no info on whats going to happen. We sitting there twiddling our thumbs for at least 20mins, finally we got up and walked out.. bad service, i wouldn't give them a star if I could just a middle finger!

This bank has 1 branch drive thru open..rediculious...they should really have all branch drive thrus open ....I've been on line for 1.5 hours....really wells fargo!!!

This morning I came here 8:45 am.There is 5 cars front of me right now its 9:36am line is not moving services very slow, I try to make deposit last 2 days,they closed all other branches only branch they open but they are very slow
