They've taken 3 payments from me and not applied them to my loan. I complained my payments weren't being applied and they THEN informed me they dont take partial payments. I asked where my other payments ive made went then. They had no answer for me. I am now out almost 200 dollars that wouldve had my loan half paid off + interest added and they apparently have "no record" of the 3 times we've paid on it and that theyve taken money from me anyways! Would NOT recommend. Shady employees.

well this wouldn't let me leave a 0 but there customer service was terrible they called at 5:12 pm with additude telling me that my payment was due and we were right in front of the store there was still 45 mins before they closed. then they were rude and had additude when we were paying our bill. I DO NOT RECOMEND THEM AT ALL bad way to do buesness.

Called in to make a payment on my account, I was past my due date but none the less was at least attempting to put $60 towards it. I was told that they would not accept my payment of $60 that I HAD TO HAVE $100.they denied my payment. Smh

I have always been pleased with the service and that they work with you to help. The added discounts and bonuses are really nice too.

Great way of getting in debt and u paying 10 times more than what u barrow and they let u know u have money to barrow but lack to tell u the interest. I thought I was going down but actually every month it goes up. Once I'm done paying I will never again do this.
