Chris is an exceptional loan officer. Family issues dictated that I take out a mortgage on my house and close the transaction as quickly as possible. Chris was wonderful from the start. As with all businesses, customer service is the mark of any good company. All companies espouse it, most unfortunately give it only lip service and don't really know how to build and maintain it, and at the foundation of it is people like Chris who understand and practice it.
