Veyo Phoenix N 15th St, Phoenix

Recently Veyo has changed their Mobil Aps, and it has worked out very nice I am not driving long distance to pick up the rides.. Now the next step to try and fix the cancellations..

I'm not a Veyo user. I observed a Veyo driver in Phoenix driving through 2 school zones clearly posted at 15 mph, but not slowing down. The driver then took a right turn at an intersection with a stop sign, but did not stop. I learned that Veyo is a non-emergency driver provider. If there's no emergency what is the hurry? By disobeying these traffic laws the driver put school children and other pedestrians and vehicles at risk, not to mention his passenger.

THEY SUCK AT EVERYTHING THEY ARE PAID BY YOUR STATE TO DO!!!!! They took over the non emergency medical transportation contract in Connecticut in January 2018 and have not missed an opportunity to FAIL! The employees lie as a rule. They are on call 24 hours according to the letter that social services sends out. Keep persisting when ANYONE tells they are not.

I called in today 2 times and got a gentleman named Spencer and he is the best person that I have ever called in my life and I have been in customer service for 18yrars years. I have had some of the best and more of the worst of them but I never expected to be so plesently surprised by my call today and my hat is off to you Spencer I pride myself in doing real reviews so I will say I opted out to do the review but I had to do it and give credit where Credit is do

Veyo is literally the worst transportation available. My company uses veyo to transport our clients and the drivers are either late or they do not show up. If i was anybody trying to use transportation i would not go with veyo. Use lyft or uber.

My Driver NEVER came to pick me up to take me to my doctor's appointment I call him to see where he was and he said I was running late and then I call back and he said WRONG number poor business his name was yohannes!!!

The WORST company EVER! Have not show 3 times only to have my Mom miss Cancer med appointments! Mercy care should be ashamed using them! Something BIG and maybe legal needs to be done! Total negligence!! 😡

They are hardly ever on time, if they even bother to show up, they all say that it's dispatch. They only go on a pickup when dispatch informs them

They literally go back 5 years for driving records at fault accidents (3 years ago) automatically disqualify for even trying but yet uber and lyft will accept you....WHAT A JOKE i hold CDL i drive buses, fire trucks, lyft and uber like relax its not presidential detail ita getting people to appointments!!!

I was thinking about entering into a business relationship with this company but after viewing the customer and driver reviews there is no way I could logically imagine myself in that class of business model. I imagine the type of frustration experienced and vocalized by these drivers would drive anyone with any business acumen up the proverbial wall.
