Life Credit Union Hayes St, Nashville

I'm very upset because I cashed a check and it came back but the only account that was supposed to go negative was my checking account you all wasn't suppose to touch my savings I didn't sign up for overdraft protection I was unaware and needed help they talking about it's been sent to management.

We purchased a car from the credit union that they offered to have taken to their auto mechanic. I thought what a wonderful gift. What a better person or business to buy a car from our own credit union. They lied about the condition of the car the auto mechanic say damage to the car that was never reported to us until we took the car home and our oil change person saw the car pull in. I do not understand why we were not made aware of this from the beginning. I will no longer recommend this credit union as I did in the past. I was shocked. I contacted the credit union immediately when we got the news. I was not offered any help.

I had a dealership accidently put a lien on my title from this bank(same name as my C.U. in Texas) and was not getting any help from the dealership. They had zero obligation to help, but instead solved my problem and got my title to me as if I had a account with them for 20 years.

Love my credit union, I've been a member over 20 years! Very kind and helpful, pleasure having them all there for my needs!!! Thanks💞

I have many different accounts with this credit union since 2012, and can say these guys are always on top of things! Friendly, professional, and their customer service blows others away.

Love my credit union had been there for my husband and I we have been members since 1988 to all the staff there are best we are partial to some staff they have been with us .there are the best.💞

I have been a member since the early 90s and have always been treated as if I were their most important member.
