    So I am a huge fan of LGE CCU and all of my experiences with them over the last 15+ years have been fantastic. Unfortunately, my first experience at this location was less than acceptable. Completed an auto loan late in the day and needed to pick up the physical check for the dealership. Arrived at this branch 10 minutes before closing time only to find the doors locked, printed signage saying no power, and the employees inside talking with each other. However, the LED marquee sign was lit and working, the ATM also working, every adjacent business also working, the street lights immediately outside working as well. The employees were standing inside under burning lights while choosing not to answer the calls from my lending center specialist. They made a conscious decision to not do what LGE is best at, customer service. I hope the appropriate people read this message and address the issue. You are better than this LGE. I now have to wait to pickup my new vehicle that has been on order for 60 plus days because your employees at this location decided to take the entire day off. I cannot recommend this location but I stand by LGE CCU as a whole.

    I'm honestly shocked that this branch has such poor reviews. I've been an LGE customer for over 20 years and the folks at this location are among the best. They're always kind and professional. My only gripe about this branch is their lack of a mortgage contact on staff. Why wouldn't you have a mortgage professional at every location?

    Outstanding service from Shirley Rush. She was great with our loan and very understanding with my 3 yr. old Granddaughter. She understands Customer Service, processed our loan quickly & efficiently. Great experience today.

    I went to my dealership for a auto loan- I could have any bank I want - 803 credit score- LGE credit union was picked for loan- set me up in a savings account I NEVER wanted. I have my own bank for savings - that doesn't charge me a fee for not maintaining a minimum balance. This is why I dont want another bank account with someone else. All I want to do is pay on my auto loan like you do with any other finance company. The website is NOT user friendly- I'm an engineer and I work on servers but this website is confusing! LGE tells me to prove I have insurance for vehicle but they cant find my info! How do you NOT have my info? I have this feeling I'm going to get hit with a scam insurance policy placed on my loan due to this massive miscommunication, or this is their way of making money off of you. I know where this is leading. Very misleading credit union. I already do not trust them. Now im stuck with them

    They have changed to being completely automated. Basically self checkout and no teller drive thru, which is nice when you have 2 very young children.Sad to see LGE getting rid of jobs as well as customer service. Wondering if the 41 location is headed this direction. I'll be changing banks if that's the case. I used to recommend LGE regularly, now I might be asking for bank recommendations. Since I can't just reply to LGEs response : it took much longer for me to make a withdrawal as I had to wait for the only staff member in the lobby to help me with the machine, along with several other people who were having issues with machine. Still not sure how it helps your customers to take away the convenience of a drive thru. Found out 41 is doing this too. My family and I are looking for a new credit union. By the review ratings on multiple sites, I should have seen this coming.

    Went to this branch to get some paper work I needed. The lady was very rude that I dealt with. I am a member of this credit union. I have had several loans and have loans with them. LGE sent me a letter stating they had a new program that if you wrecked your vehicle that is financed with LGE they would pay the deductible back. So I did wreck my truck that is financed with LGE. So I went to the bank to get the paper work to send in. The lady basically called called me a lie. When I told her this is through LGE. She told me it was with my insurance company. After this I am going to look for me a new credit union. I wish I could give a 0 star. Btw LGE I have the paper that was sent out in November of 2019 from LGE.

    I will update this review if this issue is properly addressed when I go to a branch tomorrow. I just realized today after depositing a check that they have been debiting $5/mo for 19 months out of my savings acct. (which is for my kids' college fund) due to a "bad address". We have lived at our current address for over 2 years, and they have a current phone number for me. I didn't notice before because I only deposit into that account and the $5 wasn't enough for me to notice before. This is completely inexcusable. I would not have had this problem with Chase or Wells Fargo. And they say credit unions are supposed to be better! They have literally stolen almost $100 from kids' college fund.

    I have been a member of this credit union since around 1969. I once very proud to be. They used to treat people like neighbors. Now I feel like they would just rather not be bothered. They used to allow a member to skip one loan payment a year. Now they charge 25.00$ I would think all the money they have made off me with all the loans I have over the years they would not feel the need to charge this right at Christmas time. They it's a non profit credit union, then they must be paying themselves a hell of a salary.
