I love working with Sandy Smith and her team. Sandy is thorough, always willing to work with you to help you achieve your goals and easy to work with. This is our 2nd mortgage in a year and we’ll work with her again.

I had a wonderful experience with Sandy and Martha and Onq financial refinancing my mortgage. Would recommend them any day to anyone. They were very helpful answering my questions. They are very transparent and gave me alot of information regarding buying or refinancing a home. I told Sandy thanks more than once for babysitting me and holding my hand, since I was so clueless at times about the whole process. My sister recommended her to me and to her other friends. I have also since recommended Sandy and OnQ to other New Yorkers. Closing was seemless at the lawyers office and Sandy was there as well. I do not even know what my first mortgage broker looks like. He didn't show up at closing and hid when there were challenges in the process of buying my home. I can say for sure that Sandy and her team is the total opposite and will be there with u every step of the way communicating with you at all times. I even call, email and text her after work hours and got a response. If you are looking to buy a home or refinance etc, Sandy and her team takes all the anxiety out of the process.

John was on top of things and very clear with his communication. There was a small hiccup caused by a third party and he didn't stop until the issue was resolved and we were at the closing table. I highly recommend!!!

We closed a month after the original closing date. We were homeless for 2 weeks waiting to close. The entire time during the loan process, they wanted a letter from Fed loan servicing. I had to fight and call fed loan to get that letter. Then, they wasn’t happy with that letter and I had to continue to fight and beg fed loan to get a letter to make them happy. The letter they wanted was impossible to get so fed loan had to write specifically to them explaining my repayment and when my next payment was due! (Even tho everything I gave them told them just that!) They were back and forth with me from “your not gonna be approved” and “your approved”. It was horrible not knowing if my children and I was going to have a home or somewhere to live. But, we finally got into a home we love and so happy not to be homeless! I will never go through this company for a loan again tho. I’be definitely have learned my lesson on this!

The easiest closing on a house I have ever had! Everything went smooth and I was always kept in the loop. I would recommend Sandra and her team to anyone.
