    Banking has been a nightmare since the pandemic, but Kyle Gilbert-Hansen, the small business banker from this branch has been terrific. He set me up with a check scanning machine for my deposits and followed through until it was set up. Then today I happened to be at a car dealership and it occurred to me to reach out to him to prevent the dealer to run my credit a plethora of times as they often do. Kyle went above and beyond and got me all set up and approved in less than 1 hour. He even followed up with the underwriting team to expedite the process since he knew I was on site. I got a great rate too. Before meeting him I had considered moving to perhaps a smaller bank where I wouldn't be just a number, but now I feel like a valued customer. Kyle deserves major kudos for his commitment to his customers and overall remarkable service. He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Thanks a million, Kyle!

    Always TERRIBLE customer service. Never willing to help with simple withdraws, deposits, etc. always directed to use ATM instead. When asked simple questions about account information was told they couldn’t help and had to make an appointment for another day with a banker. Will go out of my way to avoid using this location.

    I walked into this branch yesterday and needed to withdraw $7,000 from my account. A deposit was made the day before into my account. The teller asked me where that money came from. I told her and she asked me to wait she would be right back. (12 minutes later). she came back to the window and told me this was “under review” to come back tomorrow! They froze my account! This is not my branch from my home town. I called the main BofA number and they told me it was turned over to the fraud department! I am livid! The manager there created this mess. I went online to see if this was resolved and it showed a balance below —$881,188.44 on 03/17/2022. Omg. This is outrageous! Do NOT have any dealings with this bank!

    It says they close at 4:00pm. Doors locked and nobody around at 3:55pm!! Unacceptable business practice here. If these were my employees they would all be fired. No reason for this

    BOA as a whole. We have been through many changes since our first account in the late 80s, BOA was C&S at the time. Checking, savings, car loans, mortgage, credit cards, children savings... We have stayed, if for no other reason than avoiding the hassle of change. The time has come. Too political and invasion of privacy. Companies need to stay in their lanes and out of politics, try focusing on customer service and less judging. Just the shove we needed to move on.

    I called BOA today around 3:15 (when they close at 4:00) to come in for a last minute wire transfer. Oumar answered the phone, and although he didn’t have anymore available appointments, told me I could come in and he would get me taken care of. Oumar offered great customer service and I am very appreciative of his willingness to help!

    Look, normally I don't leave bad reviews. I just suck it up and move on. This case irritated me though. My wife and I bank here and we have the same routine every week. And every week the tellers and managers are rude. They are understaffed, also. The man in the Drive Thru took 5 minutes to actually acknowledge us and then put our envelope of money upside down in the container so that when we grabbed it, all of our cash and change fell out. I guess that was his revenge for my wife complaining.

    Arrogant liars! Their ATM machine swallowed my foreign (German) ATM card due to a mechanical problem. In the attempt to get it back I walked into the branch and asked if they can return the card to me, explaining that it will take me weeks to get a new card from my german bank. The guy from the back then said: "No, I can't give you the card, because the ATM machine destroys the card." This is a complete and utter lie! At the same time a truck from Dunbar was there with two armed guys, filling up the ATM machines. I asked them if they can help, but of course and understandably they can't hand out any retained cards. But they confirmed that cards that are taken by the machines are not destroyed. Rather retained cards will be send completely undamaged to the banks headquarter for the owners to request them back. I returned back into the bank and confronted the liar... I mean... bank employee with the freshly acquired and accurate information about the way how the ATM machine treats retained cards. The employee, caught lying to me straight face, kept quiet. I explained the situation again and asked him again nicely if he can help me. He said that he is "sorry". I told him: "No, you are not sorry, because you don't care." This is not the first time that I ran into such an arrogant employee of this bank.

    This is a busy branch so the negative reviews need to understand that. The customer service here is A1 all I can say is Vivian!! She is simply amazing!! Down to earth and understanding my family loves her!
