    This bank is trash I went to cash a check and one of this lady did not want to cash it,she toll me that the check probably was stolen or something like that basically she was very rude it never happens to me before very racist lady I think people like that should no be working at this kinda job, is totally wrong and is not acceptable ,and she also was asking me for my social security number and gave her everything she was asking for and still don’t want to cash it. But I call the person who gave me the check and she was able to come down and get cash for me but it shouldn’t be this way is so wrong! 😔

    Not enough bandwidth and employees. If a customer comes in to open a bank account they should accommodate. Have to go to my credit union they always accommodate my requests in a timely manner.

    Man being a customer of the federal way key bank will make you frustrated, because I can never get my questions answered in a professional manner. Literally I can ask in the most nicest tone and still be offered no assistance. No manager was able to help me nor did the employee did anything to help me out ugh. Okay now I'm avoiding this location since they have no manners for people. I gave them my time for no help.👎🏻😑

    I'm under speculation that I was discriminated against because of my Ethnicity. While my debit card account was being created, my female Ukrainian bank teller asked me if I was Russian. Confirming that proceeded to inform me how corrupt and terrible Russia was and that I'm deceived to think I could live there, a lot of negativity towards me. It gets worse. I can't activate my debit card after being tipped off as a "potential foreign agent". Only to find out I'm under investigation via Patriot act after conveniently being ridiculed by HER. I'm a U.S. born tax paying citizen, house painter. I'm now unable to live my daily life because my money is being withheld from me. DO NOT GO HERE.

    Yesterday, I went into this branch and withdrew some money from my savings account to put down on my car. I get a call an hour and a half later, telling me that my account has had a hold put on it. I had deposited a large amount a few days ago, a payout of a life insurance policy I received from my mom's estate. She was killed by a drunk driver this last 4th of July weekend. Even though Key Bank had cleared the checks, this branch said that it needed to have a 9 day hold on it. Not only did they put a hold on this amount, but they froze my account. I had a previous Balance in my checking a direct deposit from my job, and from another life insurance check that had cleared. Well past their 9 day hold. My account told me that I had a large positive balance. Yet I couldn't access it, even tho the banker had told me that I would have access to it. He also told me that it was corporate, the "back office" that put a hold on the money. Yet after speaking to a supervisor on the customer service line, she told me that it was this branch that froze my account. Yep, froze my account, not just a hold on the most recent deposit. Money from one check that was deposited on August 30th, and the banker was able to get cleared on September 10th, that was cleared. My paycheck from my job. And this most recent deposit. Irregardless that someone, somewhere with key bank cleared these last deposits too. Very unprofessional, especially since this was flagged after I was given the cashiers check, and AS I was walking out the door of the bank.

    Customer service here is from Stone Age christy or Christine or whatever should be fired and never hired in customer service again.. she has no idea whatsoever of what she is doing .. she couldn’t answer any of my questions while another nice gentleman helped me and fixed the issue in less than a minute..

    These people are con artists and cheats they steal your money I am disabled and they have cheated my husband and myself out of hundreds of dollars closing active accounts so all our bills bounced for no reason they are Scam artists not bankers and then when we went to the bank to clear things up they were condescending and acted like it was such a tiny thing well I hope noone ever uses your bank and you are shut down

    Worst customer service skills ever just flat out I'm not going to answer your question call the original banker no let me look up your account no General answer no usually this happenels and it could take this long etc just flat out call the banker who set up your account you would think she knew the promotions offered by her bank nope not at all

    Sat in drive up window for almost last 10 min before they close no one answered the call button so I go to walk in and I get told we closed at 5 pm first they close my debit card for what they say was a fraud charge made on my car no debit card reissued to me for over 3 weeks this bank is a joke this branch just became a joke for having me sit in drive up no conversation till they closed I will be in on 7/17/18 to close my account with key bank just a 411 cause y’all done pissed me off for the last time
