    Closed on Saturdays even after pandemic. Impossible to go during week as close Before most of us get out of work. Taking my money elsewhere and it is way more than most have. The tellers are nice.

    It was hard to get worse service than at the Union Street Key Bank branch. But the level of ineptitude of this branch reaches new lows.

    I was a customer of Key Bank for 10+ years, the time finally came where I had to close my accounts with them (unrelated to bank problems) So I met with a representative of Key at this location where I paid my remaining balance and was told that I was good and my accounts were closed. Fast forward to about a month later I decided to check my Key app to ensure that everything had closed properly and find they have charged my an additional 25 dollars for unknown reasons and another 20 dollars for interest. I reached out to customer service who told me the issue would be resolved within 10 days. 10 days later and they only refunded the 20 dollar interest charge and don't understand where this 25 dollar charge is from. The amount of money in question here wasnt even the issue but the fact that I took time out of my own day to meet with a company rep to ensure I didn't have issues exactly like this, but low and behold even then I still have these issues. Bottom line I'm beyond disappointed with the company that I've done business with for so long. I don't understand having physical locations to meet with reps if they cant seem to do a job any better then the app could have, and the term "Fee Bank" is beginning to unfortunately make a lot more sense. I will say the actually bankers and cashiers at this location are polite, and were helpful beyond this issue and this review shouldn't reflect on them directly.

    I had a dispute with my credit card and was refunded the full amount without being asked for any more information.I was told by the customer service people that I was all set. Then I noticed the refund was taken back out making me owe them $105 instead. I tried calling the dispute department and they never answered the phone, making me wait for over an hour. I tried calling 3 separate times and they never answered the phone, keeping me on hold for over 45 mins each time. So I went to this branch and spoke to one customer service woman who couldn’t help me because she couldn’t access the paperwork that I needed to sign. Even though the papers were suppose to be ready for me there. I then came back a second time and spoke to the assistant manager and he tried calling the dispute center and we waited for 30 mins for them to pick up and they never did. The customer service level is beyond low quality and for the dispute center to not answer the phone makes me very unhappy and I will be closing my accounts. This is not a good bank to do business with if this is how they treat their customers.
