KeyBank Baseline Rd, Boulder

Attempting to consolidate / reduce open accounts as I reached retirement. KeyBank NOT helpful. Even though I moved and didn't have a branch within 100 miles of me, they wouldn't close my account, saying I had to come into a branch to do that. Lame.

Elliot, the entire staff at this branch are what banking should be. Full, careful disclosures, care is taken to help you. Actually customer service lives here. This branch and bank shine compared to others. Having been in banking and financial services before and have shopped banks worldwide, Key Bank shines especially at this branch. Take your time, they will also, to make sure you are maximizing your dollars saved, managed or held with this bank. Trust is developed by relationships. Positive through and through. Bank wisely. I have been banking with this South Boulder location for five years and have had nothing but positive experiences with them. Everyone who works here is kind, patient, welcoming, and happy to help. Just opened a new business account here which was their best account , which happened to be free because I chose to do merchant services with them. Jim the branch manager here is legit and very informative. He really cares about his clients. Thanks guys. Process of setting up a new business account and merchant services (credit cards) took less than an hour to set up

This Key bank location has a comfortable, open floorplan inside with ample light and space. The staff complements this space with a relaxed, helpful, and sincere approach. I can recommend agent Cliff Carpenter to help explain various Key resources and provide caring financial guidance.

I had a few questions about opening a credit card and also questions with loan assist. Christian did a fantastic job at answering all my questions and provided a good 1 on 1 service experience.

I was very happy with my visit to this local key bank. The staff was super helpful and understanding. They spent over an hour helping me track down and understand a strange issue with my account. Great hours which include Saturdays mornings.

I came to this bank since I had a rogue charge on my statement. Upon entering I was a bit confused since this location is not set up like one would expect with teller windows in front but with sit down desks where the teller windows would be. I sat down and discussed my concerns and within a few minutes the charge was removed. Fast and friendly service.
