KaiPerm NW FCU Ne Ambassador Pl, Portland

After 30 years with this bank, it has gone down hill in the last five years. They don't answer their phones, and they make mistakes that are horribly inconvenient. Just do yourself a favor and go to any other credit union than Kaiperm. I had to opened up another credit union account.

I've been with KaiPerm for 12 years. Love them. Employees are super friendly and always quick to help. Never had any issues. I see the other reviews...I'd say 8 out 10 phone calls I generally get through pretty quick. Every now and then you do get the voice mail during lunch hours but its a small credit union so it is what it is. No issues here, love KaiPerm.

Nearly 20 years banking with them. I used to love them until they started harassing my household due to a family member’s banking issues. After I told them to stop harassing by the advice of an attorney, they started again and left documents outside our house. I now have to take time off work to go to the courthouse due to faulty servicing of documents. THE FAMILY MEMBER DOESN’T LIVE WITH ME, HASN’T FOR WELL OVER 2YEARS NOR WILL THEY EVER AGAIN!!! They went as far as to ask for my elderly mother that I recently moved into my home to take care of. She doesn’t talk to the family member either! Needless to say, the way my household has been treated, I would never recommend this institution to anyone. EVER.

Unlike the other reviewers I have rarely had online issues and I've used this bank for three years. The loan rates are amazing. Any issues I have ever had the emploees are on it.

Wonderful staff works very hard to ensure that you get done what you need to get done. Great loan rates too.

No one ever answers the phone! There is no customer support on the weekend. If no one is in the office to answer the phone during lunch then the answering machine message should say closed during lunch hours!

Everyone is very helpful. Always get the best available interest rates
