    My mother Dolores England was a member of this Credit Union. I have tried to get balances on her accounts. I have been sidestep the whole way. My mother had a car loan on her vehicle. She told me that she was down to one payment just before she passed away. I called up this bank to get a balance of her car loan and a balance of her accounts. I was told that that time that my mother owed $5,000 on the car. I knew that was not true. so I baited them and asked them if there was a life insurance on the car loan. Bobby at Pacific Northwest Credit told me there was no life insurance I have that contract to this day that states there was life insurance. I have never been given the balances of my mother's accounts I've been told my sister Jesse Spicer drained them. I believe my mother had trust accounts in my name. today after a conversation I was told that they don't have any accounts for my mother but in the same breath was told that they would hold these accounts until the beneficiary came forward. I have come forward several times and protested this Bank and still have not been giving any information about my mother's accounts. it's been 15 years now and I called them back trying again to get information they're telling me there's a 7-year limit but they have a letter from my attorney that dates back 15 years once again I'm being lied to you by Pacific Northwest Federal Credit Union I would not recommend being a member of this Credit Union. They will not pay off your beneficiaries that's my opinion and they will still your money when you are deceased and that is my opinion also

    Got me through a line of five in less than 5 minutes. Had my business handled in under 2 minutes. 4/5 stars only because the whole reason I had to visit was due to an account error.

    Should it take over 10 days to receive money through a check request? Sounds like a liquidity problem to me. Needing to hold onto my money because there is a cash flow problem? Don't do auto transfers because not able to electronically transfer to another credit union. Bull!!!!

    Service was a little slow but the employees were really nice and friendly. No appointment was necessary to go inside. They also adhered to COVID-19 safety protocols well and had yellow stickers on the ground directing you were to stand.

    One of the worst credit union in Portland don't recommend to anyone. 5 years ago I got my first car loan from this credit union I never miss any payment or was never late and I also have an account with this credit union, last week I closed my car loan and applied for a new car loan. The auto loan manager was unprofessional after I applied for new the car loan they never called me back for any updates and I called them after 2 days they still told me the manger needs 2 more days to decide and even after 2 days nobody called me, such a bad service they don't even deserve 1 star. If I could I'd give them -10 star. I applied for car loan through the car dealer ship and got approved less then 20 minutes shame on your service. They might read this and if they are I don't want their feedback.

    Waiting to hear back if I am getting approved for an auto loan, but let me tell you... I have NEVER received such amazing customer service from a bank before. Even if I do not get approved, this is the best experience I have had. I am working with a gal called Yareli and she is amazing. Super kind and talks you through everything clearly. I mean, fingers crossed I get approved.. but even if I do not, this experience has been really stress free!

    I have had nothing but great experiences banking with PNWFCU over the past 15 years, multiple car loans, all great experiences. Recently an atm at a different bank ate $400 that I was depositing to pay my rent, usually it can take 10-14 business days to even see that money but I had it back in my account the next evening. Paola was a rock star for me, thank you so much.

    The service I have received from everyone at PNWFCU is unparalleled. The Membership Loan Officer Linda and her supervisor Ryan in the Portland office, despite not knowing me or ever meeting with me in person, have gone out of their way to check on me and care about how I am doing after a vehicle dealership scam. I believe in this bank and am so glad to be a member. Mind you, I should have written this review years ago because I am associated with the Hood River branch and have felt very positively about my experiences with them for so long. Anyone would be lucky to be associated with this business.

    I have never had a harder time getting someone to take my money. I live nowhere near a branch but they wont allow payment over the phone until after payment is overdue. There is a 10-day waiting period for auto-withdrawals but if that falls within the next month you must wait an extra 30 days. EDIT: I updated to 3 stars from 1 star as i was contacted about this review and the staff took care of my needs. I just wish it didnt take months to get basic car payments set up.
