Great company! This is the second time we have worked with them and they are always helpful and accommodating. They are super friendly. Everything is very straight forward and to the point. I would definitely recommend them!

Pam was very helpful, went beyond my expectations. She worked hard to get our loan approved. She even called the district manager right then in order to get approval of additional information needed. I would recommend this His place for people who need money quick, fast and in a hurry. I do believe,this company does work hard to help people get money they need.

They charge an astounding interest rate and you aren't able to speak without one of their agents just talking over you. Misleading public during Covid-19 pandemic to profit... this is wrong! Zero customer service experience, agents very rude and threatening

Approved my loan, made an appointment to sign the papers and on my way in I called to confirm the time. THEN I was told "Oh, you don't qualify!" What a circus- they also have difficulty returning a phone call in under 48 hours...I will pay One Main off and take my loan business elsewhere!

Beware of this company. Very shady tactics. Their loans are designed to automatically calculate interest based on loan terms and automatically add it to the top of the loan. You take out a 10k loan and the terms estimate you pay 4k in interested based on loan amount x's interest rate x's duration. Well you new balance is 14k, so if you go in there 6 months later to pay it off, you have to pay the full 14k to clear the loan. OK, that's fine and dandy, its the consumers job to read the terms and if they overlook something, its on them. I point blank asked the manager if there's a prepayment penalty. She knew exactly why I was asking and she answered in her little bubbly snake tone 'nope, pay it off anytime you'd like'. It wasn't even a loaded question either, when I asked, I truly didn't know. I was shopping around and read others who had similar issues.

I was in need of an emergency loan and applied. Everything was done in one day and the people were very polite and friendly. My credit was not the best but One Main helped me out when I needed it most.

Very plesent experience. Jeff made sure that I understood everything, he didnt rush me through reading paperwork. He didnt push anything extra on me. He was very honest and upfront. Truley just wanted to help me.

The epitome of sleeze. This company preys on people in financial trouble and only makes it worse! I was in a bad financial situation and lo and behold I receive endless ads and letters in the mail stating that I am pre-approved for a personal loan! Just what I thought I needed, the wife and I went in to their little office that makes you feel like this is all on the up and up, and qualified for a nine thousand dollar loan..... of course we were not forced to take it, or all of it even, but when two young parents in financial straits are offered a perceived way out of their immediate problems they take it. Of course we had plans to over pay each month, but with life getting in the way that is not always possible It is now about two years later, we fell behind for a couple months but got on a payment plan for those months, now back on track, we are actually further away from paying this off than when we walked out of their office, this is after SEVERAL monthly payments. STAY AWAY! PREDATORY LENDING AGENCY!

I applied online 12/28 got two offers for loans, they called and emailed to get more information from me. I called them and gave them the information they needed, and I have not heard back!!! I have emailed to try to get an update even if not approved it would nice of them to at least tell me. I guess customer service is not as important to them as it should be.
