    This place is a total scam I bought a used pick up truck from Phil. Went to get an oil change they scan the truck just to check for anything and to remove the oil change light we found out there were tons I’ll transmission codes and other issues that were not popping up on my dash. Took it to several other places to confirm and they had tampered with the check engine light now my transmission is about to go out I have been trying to contact Ryan (manager) for days they keep dodging my calls. Complete scam still trying to contact them about the issues no one seems to be willing to help we will see how this goes but The truck absolutely has a ton of issues and the light is not working they sold it to me without the light working definitely a safety issue and ILLEGAL. The whole process of buying the car was really uncomfortable there are a lot of other issues but fixing this transmission is the main thing I don’t even want the truck anymore there are so many issues and these people are clearly trying to dodge the whole situation.

    Calvin was a huge help. I bought a truck from here and it is super clean. Covid certainly hasn't been very easy to deal with during the sell. However, they did everything they could for a smooth transaction.

    Wanted to look at the TRX that they have, I was told that I could look at it when I had my $90,000 check in hand. Looks like a Raptor it is. I would strongly advise against going to Jim Riehl's "FRIENDLY" CDJR of Romeo.

    Great dealership!!!! You are treated like family here. My family has bought two cars from Kenneth Desjardin and he always get's us a great deal and is an honest and straightforward guy. Also they are always having fresh coffe and donuts in the dealership to serve to their customers along with popcorn. Highly recommend!!!!

    Went here for an oil change and a tire rotation and they informed me they do not service RAM Promaster vans thats been here multiple times. I prepaid for 10 oil changes from Chrysler and this dealership doesn't wants to service RAM vans. This van has a 3.7 liter ( same as most RAM 1500 pickup trucks) Pretty Crazy your a RAM/ Chrysler dealer and you won't service your own product that you've already serviced multiple times. When you purchase the prepaid oil changes they dont tell you good luck finding a dealer that will service your van. But they will do a oil change on a Ford E150 cargo van. Crazy times we live in people.

    I was extremely disappointed in the service department customer service and ability to come up with a solution for the issue I had. I have had my first two (only two) visits at Jim Riehl's and won't intend to take my vehicles back there again. After wasting 3-4 hours of my life waiting patiently for them to do what I needed, I was told that it was not possible. All I needed was a second key made and programmed for my daughter's car. Apparently the vehicle computer system at Jim Riehl's is too "technical" for the job I was asking of them to do. Their system couldn't communicate with my daughter's car system. What is actually comical is the fact that after spending $70 for a key that doesn't work, I drove two miles up the road to ACE Hardware where I was in and out the door in ten minutes ($80) and had what I needed (a new key that was programmed).

    Very disappointed. Traded in my vehicle before Christmas and have been receiving calls from GM Financial that my trade still has not been paid off. Contacted the dealership twice no return call. First and last time I purchase a vehicle from the Riehl dealership family.
