    I have been banking with CFCU for more than 15 years now and my entire family has more than 30 years of history with them! They are a great bank that will work with you on a personal level. I have brought other friends and family over to CFCU. I will continue doing business with them! Unfortunately there is one person who is short and has an attitude every time I have to speak with her, that is Mrs. Allen in the loans/credit card department.

    Horrible experience with this branch. While in the loan process, they would only communicate via email and it took several days of going back and forth of questions that could have been cleared up in 1 phone call. Every time I called, I would only get voicemail and I never received ONE call back. When I was told my loan was approved and to set up an appointment to go sign the documents, I emailed back with a day that would work best for me and I never received a response. I eventually just drove to the branch. I was seen and thought everything would be fine but there was a problem with the title so I MADE AN APPOINTMENT and watched her write in on her desk calendar for the following week. Left early from work for my appointment and apparently Mary Kay was not even in the office (which is fine however it would've been nice to know). What I was told would be 10 minutes, turned in 35 because none of the paperwork had been completed. I'm so thankful the person in Mary Kay's place was so helpful. However it's been 4 weeks since I originally opened my account and I still haven't received my debit card. The whole process was just awful and extremely stressful. 1/23/18 Update: Still the worst financial institution I have ever dealt with and actually getting worse. It has been almost 3 months since I have opened my account and I STILL have not been sent a PIN. Called two weeks ago and still, nothing.

    The worst service center for my regular credit union. They never give me an envelope for my money in the drive thru. As I'm writing this I'm sitting here waiting for the lady to acknowledge my presence after sending the tube and hitting the call button. I'm the only one in the drive thru right now. All I needed was a shared branch slip. Not to mention a few months ago I withdrew $3,500 on a Saturday when my bank was not open... The lobby was no longer open, and had to go through the drive thru... She sent $3,500 to the wrong person!!

    The ATM at the Van Dyke location in Selby Township is broken 50% of the time. Also, when calling for assistance with a lost/stolen card, it took this credit union over 20 minutes to answer the phone.

    Very poor service. They never respond to call and Emails. The hold is infinitive. No one appear on the phone any time you call. Even they don’t reply to the email. It’s annoying and frustrating.

    Worst service. Waiting on hold for 24.5 minutes and the system transferred me then disconnected the call. Always have so many issues!

    Worst drive thru ever. Don’t use the 25 mile rd drive thru if your in a hurry. In fact inside service is not much better. This branch is the worst!!!
