I called and needed an unregistered truck towed from Wallingford to Manchester. I spoke with Todd (I believe the owner) and received professional and courteous service. The truck was delivered promptly by a driver who was polite and professional as well. I would highly recommend Jay’s Auto Sales and Repair.

Do not take your car to this garage. They took my car and made it worst than what it was they didnt fix the problem after a week that the car sat there. I tried calling to inquire about my car and they just ignored me and my messages and then they called me and told me they could not fix the car they told me to come pick it up and take it somewhere else. Not a good place to take your car..

Fast, courteous service on a Sunday afternoon tow. Jay towed my car to the mechanic's and dropped me off at my front door. If I ever need another tow, he's the guy I'm going to call. Many thanks.

I broke down on US 84 after hitting a truck tire. The fixed my issue on site but also put my car on the lift to make sure there was no hidden damage. All for only the AAA fee. Great guys to deal with!

Jay's auto came to our residence last night and towed our car. They have a contract with our Appt management to tow cars without a required tag hanging from RV mirror and ours had fallen and got lost. My wife, whom is older, is taking care of me because of late stage cancer. She met the driver in the parking lot and he didn't care about anything other than the parking tag was missing and it's their right to tow. They didn't even want to give us a break knowing that we belong here and I'm very ill and barely able to survive on my disability pay. They were very rude and what they are doing to people is Un-Godly and have now caused us to not have our rent money, a chain reaction of events that are going to kill us. When I called the guy kept hanging up on me rather than talk like a man. I have been doing a lot of praying and asking God for forgiveness as well as helping me to forgive others. I'm sorry but in this case I would like to pray for Karma for these people as what they are doing is like the govt taxing the lower income people and leaving the rich alone. PLEASE, anyone reading this help me by saying a prayer for me and my family as we are good people just trying to survive. And Please say a prayer for Karma against the people that do such Un-Godly things to others. And please, don't buy a car from them, they do not deserve your loyalty or business.

Had to get my vehicle towed and was cheaper then all company's around town. Tow truck driver knew what he was doing, friendly and right down to the point. I ended up buying a new car from there and experienced technicians.

Jay's Auto Sales and Repair really helped me out when I was stranded in Manchester with a faculty charging system. They immediately diagnosed the problem, put in front of the line, and fixed the issue (bad tension bar). Friendly, courteous, professional. I highly recommend them.

First, you were able to negotiate with Josh - Amy's Husband around the storage fees & make it possible for him to never have to see that twisted wreck again. He was so touched by your staff it was a light at a very dark time. Secondly,as forgotten Christmas cards began to arrive to friends and family near and far - mailed by the tow truck driver. I brought in a truck last minute to have tires and rims mounted and they could not have been more accommodating. I was in a rush and they had me in and out quickly and were all extremely friendly! Would absolutely recommend.
