I absolutely love this bank!! I've been with them for more than 10 years and love it. All of the staff is super friendly, they make an effort to remember their customers names so you get that hometown experience that you cant find in many places nowadays. I wouldn't switch banks for anything. I love every experience I have with each and every one of the tellers, customer service reps, even the managment. I always walk out with a smile

We have been customers for a very long time. They used to be wonderful, community oriented and professional. Recently over the last few years, they have expanded and changed their banking philosophy to one of a very modern and non-customer focus. We have been told by a very rude and unprofessional manager that banking errors were our own fault, and were penalized for them. This same manager sits slouched in his office all day, playing on his phone. There are new fees for everything it seems, and they are trying to go to biometric identification which I personally don't trust. There is now loud pop music playing in the lobby, making it hard to hear the tellers. It is the Apple store of banks, in my opinion. It makes for a very tense and uncomfortable visit every time. We are sadly looking currently for a new, professional, customer centered bank.

Ruined Christmas: I needed a check deposited, put it in over night deposit box, waited all day checked atm at 10 am 12 pm, 1:30pm then 11 at night, still nothing, and closed till Monday. I’m taking my business else where, second time this has happened and ruined Christmas for a whole family. Thanks alot…

I Went into the bank in Manchester today. because, I lost my wallet and needed to find out if there was a way to freeze my account. The manager attitude was very nasty. She then walked over to her coworkers who looked over at me and did nothing but laugh. She then told me she couldn't freeze my card. So I asked if I could get a new card. She then replied I can't help you. I then asked her if I could closed my account. She then reply if you have a ID, any ID with a picture I can close your account. I said yes, I will be right back. Upon getting my card from the car and entering back inside she took someone else. Then they tell me I needed to wait. I call to file a complaint and the teller in East Hartford was amazing. She sent a email for the regional manager to call me. Surprisingly, I get a call from the same manager. who does nothing to apologize but continues to be nasty. Upon writing this review I heard from the regional manager. She's a wonderful person, very understanding and sympathetic. I am posting this review because I felt so single out and embarrass. The worst experience I have ever had in a federal credit union.

I was taking out money from your bank. I didn't go inside to do as I didn't want to carry the money back to car. So I went thru the drive and waited longer to be sure I was at the teller close to the window. The guy at the window repeats over the speaker how much I wanted...so much for privacy. Then when I asked him to count the money there so I could watch from the window he said the machine counts it. Well machines can make mistakes also..the person keying in the amount can make mistskes. But he refused to count it so I could see. So I had to sit in my car and count the money. Have been going to your bank for close to 40 years. So NOT professional. If I wanted everyone to know how much I was taking out of the bank I would have put a banner on my car.

Went there at 4:02 pm today and I am one to always go inside. Was told the lobby closed at 4 and if I wanted service to get in drive thru line which was backed up to main rd. If you say you're open till 4 only in lobby you should make that be known. Also the customer service inside is horrendous whoever is in charge of this branch should be embarrassed. I truly hope someone from corporate reads this. I'm on the search for a better financial institution

Bottom tier customer service. Atm is always broken. And staff are incredibly rude. This is a poorly managed establishment and deserves to be shut down or completely restaffed. This looks really bad on the brand. Horrendous…

Workers here are disgustingly rude. Demetrius belittles customers, has an attitude & made a whole scene hopped out of his cubicle threatening to break a customers neck & yelling that he was going to “F him up” while the rest of the lady’s that work there were trying to hold him back. Cooperate will contacted & Demetrius & Nancy’s name will be brought up. Extremely unprofessional.

We have been members for 20 years. We have very poor as we are raising grandkids and husband only has disability income. But we own our vehicle thru some good luck and really needed some help. They advertise helping all credit ratings. Attempted to borrow about 50% of our vehicles value and was denied again by them. Think I am gonna take our $175,000 a year business to a different bank. Just not worth it.
