Isle of Palms Vacation Rentals by Exclusive Properties Palm Blvd, Isle Of Palms

My family and I have stayed in several Exclusive Property rentals over the past several years and They've exceeded of expectations. Wonderfully maintained homes and fun times had by all !!!

The character of a company, its culture, its commitment to its clients, is best demonstrated not so much when things are moving along smoothly, rather, they are best demonstrated when something goes amiss...the AC system unexpectedly fails, the dishwasher breaks down, the refrigerator leaks water...whatever. Because it’s at such moments, that an organization shows its true colors, and to whom -and to what- they are most committed. I want to personally and publicly thank Shelley and her associates for rescuing our vacation after a series of unexpected undesirable events earlier this week. Shelley made certain that our bumpy start had fabulous finish!

we stayed in one of their properties and without a doubt it is the finest stay we have ever enjoyed. We travel a lot andstay in a lot ofnicehomes, but this is the best. 5 stars all the way. Jim Miles

Very spacious. My whole family had an absolute blast! The activities, views and scenery were second only to the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Highly recommend!

Place was 5 star! 2 minutes walk from beach and breakfast places. Definitely better than hotel. The Exclusive Team was excellent. Will book with them again for sure.

Exclusive Properties eliminates the hassle and stress out of enjoying time on Isle of Palms. Shelley and her team ensure that the homes are clean and the guests have everything they need so that the only thing they have to worry about is deciding between enjoying time on the beach, in Charleston, or in one of the nearby restaurants… still a hard choice! Our favorites are walking to Sea Biscuit Café for breakfast and Acme Lowcountry Kitchen for a family dinner. My wife is from the Franche-Comté region in France, and it took us 12 years in the US before we saw a cheese plate from that region outside of France... found it on Sullivan’s Island at The Obstinate Daughter – a trendy scene and culinary experience. We also had a chance to witness 3 rehabilitated sea turtles being released on the beach during our last visit. The kids loved it! Highly recommend Isle of Palms and Exclusive Properties! We've Stayed at Exclusive Properties many times the Homes are Beautiful and the staff is always a Pleasure to work with. Great Times at the different locations with stayed.

Had a wonderful experience at the beach. House was beautiful and just the right size for our family. Customer service was exceptional!
